Me and my family decided to come here to eat lunch and as always they NEVER EVER disappointed us. The service superb, food was nice and we plan on continuing our visits here in the future. Kelly did an INCREDIBLE job by checking on us and making sure we were good the entire time we were there.....THANK YOU KELLY!!!

Love the food here I’ve gotten many years. “Sharon’s Favorite” Burrito is my favorite. Went in today for a burrito and coke - bill was over 20 Dollars. Really? Show me $20 of burrito ingredients! I know some people who won’t be back. To bad.

This is a great local and family restaurant. The staff is awesome, the food is great and the beer is always cold 🥶. Go on Tuesdays and they have $2.00 Bud Light drafts. I just love ❤️ 😍 💖 this place.

LOVE this place!!! Even more than I love the food, I love Jess & Devon!!! They are the absolutely best & sweetest people on the face of this earth!! I don’t know how one restaurant got so lucky getting 2 gems like them!! The food is AMAZING but the combo of the food & the service makes it a weekly must for lunch or dinner!! I can say that if either of them ever leave, I will definitely follow. Highly recommend!!
Love big island burrito, my favorite local spot to go especially when Jessica is working! Always prompt and thorough service, can’t beat it!

Came in tonight 9/15 and had Jessica as our server. She was amazing and was nice understanding with all the questions we had. She was also amazing with our kids even when they were being difficult. Loved the food and loved the atmosphere. I will be returning

Jess the waitress we had today Sunday 9/14/2025 was SO rude and condescending! TERRIBLE customer service and should definitely be re-trained on how to handle families with young children, especially at a “mom and pop” style restaurant.
If I didn’t know how good the food was or had been there before after the awful service we received today I would have never gone back! We have been patrons of BIB for years and have NEVER been treated so wrong by the staff!!

Rating a tiny burrito place for it's atmosphere is probably weird but I love the vibe here. Chill, quiet, the music is a BOP. Of course the foods good too. FAT burritos! The fattest! I usually can't finish it all. This is a plus in my book!
