Horrible service. No one told us that the Buttons drink was in a fridge already made. We purchased the Buttons and it was NOT even available. The owner should have told us that before paying $9 for a drink that did not exist. Some guy from the back comes out and says that the Kai was closest drink in taste to the Buttons. BS!! My Ala Moana took 20 minutes to make, and I watched them serve other white people their order and açaí bowl first, even though they ordered after us. The owner even stopped us while ordering so that she could go "run drinks to other tables." I felt the place was racist, slow, and not worth the time to park. I'd give a zero if I could.

This place is crazy… I waited 45 minutes for a single bowl of açaí. There are 2 lines and it is very confusing. Barista did not meet accommodations. Also very expensive

Food is great, atmosphere is lovely, however staff is often bothered that your even there and very forgetful. i’ve had 3 situations where i came in for an acai bowl to sit there for over 40mins to then go up to the counter and ask what happened and then tell me they forgot about my orderParking: parking is absolutely horrid

Drama! I would 0% recommend. We tried to order poke bowls, but they were out of rice. They were very slow to bring our food. We ordered 3 poke bowls. They only delivered 2 and one was incorrect. They were out of forks. Avocado toast was so mid. Acai bowls were just Costco frozen balls. Ugh They did almost nothing well or correctly. Also, pretty pricey for quality and poor service.

I love walking down here while in town with my Dad, this year makes 3! The staff I have encountered have been great, friendly, engaging which I just love! There are certain places that I would go everyday and this would be one of them.
