Very good, even if fairly typical, Mexican menu, but FREE CHURROS WITH EACH MEAL. Decent Taco Tuesday deals, but nothing to write home about. Very good post-beach or pre-nightout spot right on A1A. And did I mention FREE CHURROS?!?!

This used to be our favorite Mexican place for many years. Left Taco City for it. Sadly it has gone down hill majorly. The wait staff was very nice and attentive, not their fault. The food was not good though...and I am not even picky. For example, Beans/rice were cold and old. Chips weren't heated and stale. Salsa looked like tomato juice or pizza sauce. No taste or flavor. I was embarrassed for them when the guacamole came out BROWN. Why bother at that point. Please don't get the Mahi. Soggy wet quesadilla. No music playing...no vibe. I just can't justify even trying to come back. This was a 3rd try. Please chefs/cooks/owners...bring back the quality of the good Ole days.

Your classic old-school Mexican cantina vibe, good food, large quantities, friendly and efficient service, nice prices. I'm celiac and they seemed competent and helpful to ensure no contact with gluten.

Just not good. Service was very slow our waiter was forgetful. Rice was dry my friend ordered a fancy entree with was supposed to have scallops steak and chicken in it. There was no scallops 2 small pieces of steak and very little chicken. Food was taking forever to come out so the waiter apologized and offered us some queso which we accepted and then was charged for it. To top it all off we had 4 separate parties and the waiter brought out 1 check and we ended up having to divide it out for him just a very unpleasant unprofessional experience. We will not be back

First time there, great service, the food was excellent, and the margaritas were perfect, not a cheap pour.

Worst service ever. Bartender had a horrible attitude.
The atmosphere was OK but not entirely relevant in that it's set up like a sports bar. The food however is terrible. I had 3 beef tacos and an enchilada. The beef was so tough I couldn't chew it and both dishes tasted like they'd been ready for an hour before I got to eat it. The enchilada especially looked and tasted like it was pulled out of the fridge and just warmed up from the day before. I was not able to finish any of it and $30 went into the trash. I wouldn't bother with the food. That was my second time and there won't be a third

This freaking place served my son and I rotted rancid steak on our burritos!!!! Eat here is you want food poisoning!! They must be under new management! We ate here about two years ago and it was actually good that’s why we went back. My son and I took a bite and immediately spit it out it tasted like rotted death it was absolutely disgusting!! I tremble at the thought of what is lurking in that freaking kitchen!!! Seriously appalled and disgusted beyond belief!!! So bad I’m calling the health department for food and safety!!

I got the $7.95 pork Carnitas tacos, worth $7.95, came with beans and rice, had flavor and not dried out. Was edible and decent. We also had chips and salsa and Guacamole, guacamole was good, salsa was very stewed tomato taste, packed seasoning and pop. We also had Mahi fish tacos, they were moist, pineapple salsa made it pop, they were not bad. Waitress was amazing and super friendly! Atmosphere was cute, but a bit rubbed down, tables were a bit dirty and a/c vents were rusted out dripping on the floor next to the tables.

My husband and I have been going to Dos Amigos for 9 years. Our last visit was just that...our last. We were given menus with different prices on it. No one was in there. Some sad bastard by the bar was playing his own play list which consisted of depressing Post Malone songs and Miley Cyrus covers. I was confused and annoyed. The vibe is just not there anymore and the prices have gone up with no change to the quality. It was a living nightmare. Our new place is El Chicos.
