So, to start, food was very mediocre. Came in 3-14-24 and was met with a messy section of the bar. We cleaned it ourselves.Now, that and the food in itself would have never prompted me to write a review. It was the service or lack there of. It was the way the bartender (Krystal) threw down the bill after ignoring us for an hour. Or, maybe it’s because she was drinking behind the bar for the hour we were there or maybe she’s just a very rude person. I expect a level of professionalism that we did not receive.

We went last night after driving by for years. The mixed reviews made us curious and we wanted to check it out ourselves. They are remodeling so there was some construction not finished but it didn’t effect our fun. The waitress/bartender was delightful. We each had a beer to start, then a burger and a patty melt. We didn’t realized they have build your own old fashioned drinks so we had to try those. Oh yum! She (?Alexis I think) was knowledgeable about the different bourbon options and we each tried a different kind. We want to go back to experiment further. Only negative was they were out of sweet potato fries but the regular fries were delicious. We’ll go back for sure!

First things first, this is the dirtiest restaurant I've been in for a long time. The smell of dirty drains overwhelms the dining area, the bathroom is as bad as the diviest of dives, and even the walls are grimy. The bathroom doors are as much grey and brown as they are blue.Nothing I've seen in this place in the last 4 years shows any attempts at descent cleaning or basic maintenance.I don't know if the tap lines aren't cleaned, the kegs are stored outside, or what is going on, but every beer is off. The normally grapefruit effervescence of Pulp Fiction is a barely fruity mess of staleness. I tried a new beer tonight, but I can't tell if the problem is the beer is old and not stored properly or if the tap lines is filthy, but no beer has tasted right in this place for at least two years.The service is usually reasonable, but sometimes the servers show obvious apathy to doing their jobs and seldom know anything about the product. I'm not even sure I've seen the same server in here more than once or twice, which is an obvious red flag.It's weird to say about a place that is barely 10 years old, but the place has potential. Some serious deep cleaning, some basic maintenance... Well, a LOT of both of those. I've never seen a business with a faucet so corroded that it has holes in it except in really bad gas station bathrooms, but this one has had a hole in it since I first came here 4 years ago.The patio: in the summer, the staff isn't allowed to turn the fire pit off on hot nights. The coconut palms are dropping coconuts onto the seating and there are plenty more ready to fall. (I mentioned this to the bartender, who seemed - again - apathetic. There is trash from old decoration behind the seating.This place has great potential, but it's a dump.

My girlfriend and I stopped in to grab a quick drink and we loved the atmosphere and the little outside smoking/lounge area out back. Drinks were great and so was the service!

First impressions are key when walking into an establishment that serves food and drinks. The first thing we noticed was the smell of vomit throughout the restaurant. What made it even worse was the rude blond bartender. We were very disappointed in the lack of service tonight at Copperhead Tavern. We have been residents of Indialantic for over 26 years and have frequented this establishment many times. The blond bartender was very rude. We waited at 15 minutes and when we were tired of waiting, we tried ordering at the bar where she offered no apology or regrets for making us wait. She also told us that it was okay for us to leave the premises without offering any solutions to honor our business. Mr. Dijon's businesses have had a reputation for providing great customer service and great food. Copperhead Tavern will not be recommended in the future by me.

Sat at a table for 10 minutes, and was not served. After waiting went up to the bar, and was still not served by the blonde hair bartender with tattoos. After that, we just left. Won't be coming here again. Oh, and it smelled like throw-up. Real clean place. Seems like she has had reviews before, and management won't fix the problem.

I've always liked this place because the past 4 times I've been they always provided a chill vibe with 90's hip hop and R&B playing at a reasonable volume. Went on Saturday night (10/7/23) and they were playing some different music. We had one drink and left. Seems as though we weren't the only ones disappointed because in the past times they were fairly busy, this time it was dead. When we left, it left the place empty and it was still pretty early in the night.
