This place along with several other dunkin' donuts have lost their quality, we got cream donuts that didn't have any cream in them....????!!!!! Some of the doughnuts are old. And hard. Quality today in most places have really gone down the toilet.

Was not even noticed when I walked into the store. And there was no one in there. I had to ask if they were working there. And when they did help me, I got a whole two words out of them as I am always nice to people.I say thank you and please and not an utter word from her.I don't think she was mute, but she was damn close.I don't know her name, but she has blonde hair.And if you can't work with people, then don't work here or with people.... Will not be returning to this dunkin' donuts

The coffee tasted burnt and old. I was with 2 other people and it took them almost 20 min on each drink, plus they were given the wrong flavor. My DIL was a manager at Dunkin and she said that is the worst one she has ever been to. The were out of some flavors and did not have sugar packets either.

I live right around the corner from this Dunkin. They go through employees like crazy & the level of service depends on what employees they have at the time. More often than not, the service is horrible and the food is mediocre at best. I don’t remember a time when I ordered food & they actually had everything. Plus the wait times can be over 20 minutes. We stopped going there - there are way better options. It was just so convenient

I was turned down when purchasing two dozen donuts because I was paying with a $50 bill. Never had this issue before as I have visited multiple times in the past and paid similar. Disappointing

Whoever took my order at 0936 today (08/22) was very rude and off-putting. I went through the drive-thru to order coffee and a couple munchkins, and the lady just acted like I was bothering her. I won't be back to this location.

So disappointed in the raised donuts with chocolate icing. Barely any icing and the donut was extremely dry. 3rd time - different store - same result. :(

Ordered 4 boxes of a dozen exch. Paid for with CC on weekend. Donuts p/u was set for Tuesday. Teacher appreciation day. Teacher went to P/U order. Staff charged her for all boxes. She paid again for said boxes. DD staff I couldn't speak with Mrg until Thursday at best. Staff was clueless.

Decided to come to this location since it’s close to my work, ordered on the app and they didn’t have the drink I ordered nor one of my donuts. The lady at the window was rude like I was the one that didn’t have 75% of the items that was ordered. If they didn’t carry the items then why are they on the app? Not sure if it’s whoever is ordering their truck or if they’ve never had the items I ordered but it’s a little frustrating for both the employees and the person that orders when the items someone orders on the app aren’t available. I usually don’t come to this Dunkin as I live on the mainland, I’ve never had an issue or a rude person working the window at all the other Dunkin’s I’ve been to so maybe switch her out for someone in a better mood? I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
