Mel's Tiki Cafe no ka oi! What a great (women owned) local spot for a pre-beach breakfast or a post-beach lunch! Or vice versa! Or both! Breakfast and lunch served all day! Great owners and staff serving fresh breakfast, sandwiches, poke bowls, and AMAZING smoothies, all with an awesome tiki cafe vibe! Worth the drive from anywhere on the Space Coast!

If you're looking for something outside of the ordinary, this is a culinary adventure! Even the drinks were different and good. Like the whipped coffee. Definitely try that. They also have cocktails, which I didn't try. There are several healthy menu options, as well. But the restaurant is small and not a ton of seating is available inside. So glad I went! I will be back.

This place is a true gem! Five of us went and we had everything from smoothies, gluten free waffles, breakfast bowls/ sandwiches and EVERYTHING was delicious! They have a great selection of gluten free items ranging from sausage gravy to banana bread. You wouldn’t even know it’s gluten free. We also took home some curry chicken for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait to visit the area again soon so I can eat there.

I highly recommend the Rainbow Mango Bowl.The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they care about making every customer feel at home. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or just hanging out with friends, this is a spot you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended !
