Great space with a large variety of coffees, tea, milk (and milk alternative) tea drinks, with some limited snacks available as well. Wonderful local business and addition to this community!

I’ve been coming here for a while. Love the place love the boba, usually a great experience. But a newer going girl who started has honestly been ruining the experience just with her energy. She’s consistently rude. Doesn’t care, is honestly disrespectful when we try to ask basic questions. And spent most of her time working today while we spent like an hour here ground 1:00-2ish just hangingout, flirting and talking to who I would assume is her boyfriend or person of interest sitting at the bar from the moment we walked in. Like just honestly astounded because we come her due to my best friends terminal cancer. She has troubling going far distances. And we left with her in a state of anxiety and discomfort at a place she loves due to a young girl who was clearly rude and didn’t care about the service industry. Her name was Nicole really disappointed in the hiring decision. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a not great interaction with her.

The boba tea here is the best! The bubble waffles too. It's a very chill place and you can bring your laptop and work without too much distraction.

How can I explain the love for Mima's that I have?! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for yearss and have acquainted ourselves with the owner who is always lovely to talk to. Tons of options to choose from and always tastes great. The only actual dedicated Boba shop I have found in the area. It's always a cozy atmosphere and I love the support of local artists that they host.

Their iced bursting boba teas are so good . They list a step by step way to order which is super helpful if you are unsure. Definitely a go to spot when in the area .

Very large selection of teas and add-ins that can be ordered hot or iced. They also have a good selection of milk tea with usual add-ins. They only have a small selection of snacks to eat.

Had a passionfruit hibiscus tea and bought a Thai iced tea for a friend. The "passionfruit" hibiscus tea completely lacked anything passionfruit, they ought to reevaluate whatever recipe their waitresses read before preparing from a book. Not that great, and not worth the $6+ I paid for just that ONE drink, to be honest.
Spent $13 for two drinks, which is pretty steep, but seeing as they are on the coast by the beach, I guess they can monopolize on that fact and set the steep price they wish. The Thai Iced tea is pretty hard to get wrong, so I opted to try "something new" with the hibiscus tea, but ended up having to enjoy the Thai Iced tea more instead.
The PLACE itself... is fine...nothing particularly mindbloeing about the Christmas colors on the floors and walls, along with their side tables full of overpriced artisenals of subpar crochets and Keychain.
Definitely a one and done kind of deal. Did the job, for the most part, but definitely not worth coming back to again.
Would highly recommend BAKUDAN street fair instead... a bit of a drive further, but TOTALLY worth it!
I asked for a build your own boba without any tea leaves because of allergies and the girls behind the counter were loudly mocking my order. As someone with dietary restrictions I’ve never had a service worker be so rude and judgmental.
