The venue itself is beautiful and seemed like a great fit â however, the service I experienced was extremely disappointing. When I entered, I wasnât greeted, but I didnât take issue with that. I simply approached the bar to order a drink. The bartender, named Kendal, did not acknowledge me, offer assistance, or even greet me. It was not busy â everyone else at the bar was already served â yet she walked directly past me multiple times, clearly seeing me, without a single word.
After quite a while, even the busser asked if she had helped me because it was obvious I had been waiting. I told him no, and only then did he prompt her to serve me. When I asked if they had High Noons, her response was dismissive â she simply replied âno Nutrlsâ in a short manner, with no courtesy or smile. I then ordered one, but she ignored me yet again and proceeded to rearrange straws instead of preparing the drink I had just requested.
I am absolutely not someone who writes complaints or negative reviews â but the owner needs to be aware that this level of customer service is genuinely damaging the business. We were planning to host an after-wedding event here with around 100 guests, a night that would have generated substantial revenue. Unfortunately, because of this experience with one employee, we have chosen to move our event elsewhere â specifically next door to a great venue bar called BUNKYS.
I encourage management to review camera footage for the date and time listed above. I was wearing all white and have a beard. This is not written out of spite â it is written so the owner has a fair opportunity to address a serious service issue that may be costing the establishment significant business.

THEYLL CLOSE YOUR TAB AND FORGET TO GIVE YOU YOUR CARD! kinda dumb that they keep your card for your open tab but when you close out they donât even give it back to you. and when you go back to retrieve it they act like they donât have it⊠be careful
UPDATE: We went back to the bar a day after and they said they didnât have the card lol

Witnessed a female bartender pouring alcohol from one bottle into another bottle that wasnât full. Extremely illegal. I canât imagine how many other things are going on behind that bar. Will be contacting higher ups as this is a serious violation.

Terrible all around. The place has a smell of sewage of some sort. The bartender did nothing but sit on her phone. She made my wifeâs aperol spritz in a plastic cup, with 0 prosecco. Terrible attitude when asked if she could make it in a wine glass and add the prosecco. Seems like this place needs some serious management and cleaning.

Authorized two pending charges with a card down for tab then wanted an extra charge for the actual tab. They want me to pay $60 for a $15 tab. Also purposefully skip your songs in the touchtunes. Do NOT come here.

Disappointing Experience â Wonât Be Returning
We walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable people were staring at us, and the staff gave us attitude right from the start. We were just there to watch the UFC fight, which was the only reason we came, since this was one of the few places in the area showing it.
Unfortunately, the environment was unwelcoming, and the way we were treated ruined the entire experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely wonât be coming back.
1st Pizza came out raw, 2nd attempt came out with no sauce. đłđłđł Shrimp came out with out the Thai chili sauce. It's not rocket science!!
