The food was just ok- nothing special about it. The Mai Tai was amazing! Definitely should have skipped my first drink and just went with that. Not bad for an in hotel restaurant.
Disappoints. The breakfast was the same breakfast you would get from a Holiday Inn by the side of I-95. Definitely not anything special as you might expect from the restaurant at a flagship hotel like Hilton. Well overpriced at $22 per person plus gratuity. I would recommend skipping this place and going to any one of the local places nearby.

Smelled musty at entrance, got a ticket for parking on the street for 5 mins over, food pretty good, waitress was phenomenal. Wish I got her name. Best waitress I’ve had in 15 years!
Overpriced ($20 breakfast tiny buffet) but a clean solid corporate option with clean bathrooms and nice staff. No beachfront view from restaurant. Free parking.
I like this because the private places always mess up something (service, temp, ambiance, food, hospitality) This place is decent for all of that except food quality and is consistent. You can walk outside here to the beach when done also without the typical bar crowd. If you don’t mind a bland, stale corporate breakfast, this place is the spot.
Definitely one of Vero beach’s, finest restaurant.
Family favorite, been dinning here since I was a teen , many years ago.
Coquille St. Jacques is always worth the extra wait

The food here is very good. It's very hard to do a good buffet and not have food that is sitting out. It really seems like they pay attention to the status of each tray. And if your not partial to Asian food there are other choices classic American food. The decor seems a little dated, but it obviously has a following with the outdoor waiting benches. We didn't have to wait, but I imagine if you pick the wrong time, you could be waiting a while. Parking can be tricky, But we got lucky and got the last space.

Thanksgiving should fill ones heart and mind with lasting memories of beautiful table settings, and tasty and sumptuous turkey dinner.....well that was not our experience Thanksgiving 2023. I have had school cafeteria offerings that would have made this meal taste and look like 4 stars.Sorry Hilton I will never be back to your Ocean Grille. Too expensive for the worst meal I have ever had. This review would have rated at least 1 star if there had been the ambiance of a tablecloth. Thank you for making this Thanksgiving so memorable in the saddest way. "The posted 1 star was obligatory in order to post my comment, but unearned by the Hilton's Ocean Grille".

With only 3 of us visiting in Florida, our family went to the Ocean Grill for Thanksgiving. We thought the food was amazing... each dish hit the mark of everything we expect, really! The gratuity/tip is already included in the final bill, which was fine for us. They did a great job getting us seated and getting our food timely!

I ordered room service for breakfast while staying at the Hilton. It was flavorful, and there was plenty of food. I will order room service or dine in again.

The hotel is nice but unfortunately the food isn't so great anymore.I been there few different occasions and the past few times, the food was cold, small portion and the service wasn't great either. A bad combination to do not back anymore!

Ocean Grille - Beachside Melbourne - 3 Stars. It's hard to gain inspiration to write witty reviews when there is nothing that stands out about a restaurant. The Ocean Grille is inside the Hilton Hotel, Beachside Melbourne. Just because a restaurant is inside a hotel should not scream average. In fact there is a restaurant inside a hotel in Orlando that has made my Top 5 in the United States List.Anyway, the Ocean Grille is run like that episode of the Lucy show where the conveyor belt keeps spitting out candy faster than Lucy and Ethel can box it. Chaos with lack of direction. My server, Chris, was a charming fellow from the islands. I only mention this because while he was prompt and courteous, he was completely unintelligible. Besides, service is not part of the score anyway.Ordered eggs Benedict, home fries and pancakes. The cakes were fluffy and actually resounded with flavor, which is rare for a plain pancake. The eggs Benedict had a tangy hollandaise sauce that was appealing. I abroached the egg and the yolk was runny as it should be. The muffin was toasted properly. The home fries were red bliss and were sautéed and seasoned adequately. Of the four main Beachside hotel restaurants this was the best. The dining room was also the cleanest and most contemporary. If you are looking for a change up in your breakfast routine try the Ocean Grille. Otherwise, Big Boy says, there are better places Beachside.

Well to those that are from here like us or those of you that are visiting DONT GO! What was once a landmark for excellence is a mere fact in the wind. Open at 4p to take reservations for 5???? How chic. Whatever happened to serving food and drinks to locals and tourists during the day and night and appreciating us overpaying for the same food we can get at Bobby's at half the price?? Bobbys The Tides and Pomodora should be your first choice. Save the Ocean Grill for your Tennessee grandmaw or your European clients. Tell them that their fannypacks are more recognized than a couple hungry locals that have been dining here for years. The Ocean Grill has finally reach a position of prestige known and understood in a way only New Yorkers can. Enjoy the view and the high price but locals love Bobby's and the Tides. Goodnight Ocean Grille and enjoy the Yankee dollar minus the Southern hospitality.

The food quality was amazing. But, for the pricing, I'm not sure how that can be justified. There was an automatic 22% gratuity on top of the room service fee and delivery fee (3 fees total) for just my wife and I. I don't mind tipping, but I'm not sure why there is gratuity on room service. I would have gladly cash tipped the person who delivered to the room, but instead, I'm not sure if she will see any of that. Just bear that in mind. Otherwise, the quality was fantastic for hotel food. Would go back next time and eat in the main restaurant vs. ordering room service.
