Chef Gabriel and his assistant Victoria did a fantastic job preparing a delicious Italian feast for my wife’s 60th birthday gathering for fourteen guests. He came early and started prepping for the evening. It wasn’t long before the dishes started coming out! Prosciutto-wrapped cantaloupe, fried ravioli with fresh-made pesto, fresh bruschetta, and Caprese salad. Each of the appetizers were wonderful. Chef Gabriel and Victoria kept rolling out the goodies and the main dishes were all magnificent! Chicken piccata, eggplant Parmesan, carbonara, and sausage, onions and peppers rounded out the main course.
Chef Gabriel went above and beyond the call by stepping up and making my wife’s favorite dessert which is an obscure dish from her hometown in South Carolina; Abbeville Gypsy. He had never even heard of this dish, but did a real nice job bringing it to her and her family who all thoroughly enjoyed it!
Great job by Chef Gabriel. I wholeheartedly recommend him for dinner events such as ours. If he can do this well with 14 people, then doing a smaller crowd would be a piece of cake. Well-done, Chef G!!

Chef Gabriel was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication during the planning process was easy, he was responsive and offered a wide variety of cuisine options, making it simple to choose a menu that worked perfectly for our outdoor event of 85 guests.
On the day of the event, Chef Gabriel and his team arrived on time, well-prepared, and even went above and beyond by helping us with setup. Throughout the event, they were kind, courteous, and attentive to every detail. Our guests were impressed, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their professionalism.

Chef Gabriel is amazing! He was extremely professional, nice, knowledgeable and even worked with me to find a budget that could work with my plans for a birthday dinner for my husband. It’s hard to find such a nice experience like that for us as we try to be frugal. 10/10 would do again, so worth it! The food was INCREDIBLE, pictures are drool worthy. We can’t stop thinking about the meals we had and bring it up constantly amongst ourselves and our friends. We wish we could have him cook our daily meals! He was also so accommodating with our in home requests and allergies, which is highly appreciated. He left us any leftover ingredients (also extremely appreciated) and leftovers of the meals, which was way more than we expected - we were so happy the rest of that week getting to enjoy the food for our lunches - our coworkers were jealous haha. He went above and beyond to deliver a magical, upscale, fancy experience for a few adults expecting a home cooked birthday dinner just hanging out in casual clothing - it was awesome! Also, as the head chef of my home, not having to lift a finger and cook while entertaining was such a relief and felt so good. Book him, you won’t regret it!

I had the misfortune of inviting this chef into our home, and it turned out to be a disaster. The meal was nothing short of a catastrophe: the food was burnt, the kitchen was left in a huge mess, and to top it off, our good cookware was stolen. As if that wasn’t enough, he had the audacity to break out our fine China and crystal—completely unnecessary and inconsiderate.
The butter sauce was a watery, bland disappointment, and the fish was nothing short of awful—clearly old, leftover fish that had no place on a plate, let alone served at such a high price. To make matters worse, the meal was way overpriced for the quality (or lack thereof) provided.
This was supposed to be a special evening, but it ended up being a ruined experience. I would strongly advise against hiring this chef. If you're looking for quality food and service, look elsewhere
