⛔️Racially offensive drawing⛔️on my cup made me feel deeply upset.
I placed an order at this location and later noticed a drawing on my cup that felt racially offensive to me. The drawing resembled a racial stereotype and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
I did not notice it immediately because it was drawn near the top of the cup.
I have contacted Starbucks corporate regarding this incident and hope the store will take this seriously and ensure it does not happen again.
I’m sharing this to raise awareness and encourage better care and professionalism.

I’ve been at Starbucks Customer for for nearly 9 years. I truly love my coffee. I wanted to do a review because I’ve been too many Starbucks all over the world. I love my Starbucks, which is the one in San Pedro in Melbourne Florida . When I come in everybody greets by my name, with so much caring. I have a specific coffee that I order almost every day.and it’s carefully prepared on a perfect timing .I’ve always cared for cleanse, a clean Starbucks makes a great coffee and says a lot of the people working there. People love to complain… well this is not that on the contrary it’s a thank you and gratefulness . I saw them work on this past holiday season , they were truly incredible that place was so full… and I always saw their smiles and could see their professionalism. You Starbucks people make my life much nicer . Congrats to all !

The shift manager there lacks good customer service skills. Her attitude was off putting and I left without food or a drink. Never returning to this location. Very disappointed.
