“Today I had the absolute pleasure of trying the pineapple habanero baby back ribs with Mac n cheese. This husband and wife duo have an excellent team behind them and can really crank it out. The ribs were fall off the bone and absolutely perfect. The Mac n cheese was wonderful and I enjoyed every single bite. Definitely keep an eye out for this trailer coming to an event near you. “Fresh and healthy menu! I was so happy to see that Gluten Free wraps were available. The Thai Chicken wrap was delicious. Ginger dressing was on the side so as not to make the wrap soggy. Chips are included with the sandwich. The server was kind enough to mention which ones were gluten free.“
