One of the worst ones I've been to the one girl behind the counter the whole time did not want to be there she kept complaining on having to work just kept complaining about having to work. Didn't want to make my sandwich. I will never go back in there ever again

A great place to get a good sandwich right across from the beach.
Firehouse Subs on Eau Gallie Blvd near the Walmart is a fantastic place to grab a great sandwich in a clean and friendly environment. The restaurant chain was founded in 1994 by two former firefighter brothers in Jacksonville, Florida, Firehouse Subs is known for great food and for giving back to first responders through its Public Safety Foundation. They have about 1300 locations worldwide. This location lives up to that reputation with friendly service, quality ingredients, and a great sandwich. I ordered a large firehouse hero sandwich. The sandwich was made as I watched. It was delicious, filled with meat, and packed with flavor. They offer a variety of other options, including salads and kid-friendly meals. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was attentive and quick. There's plenty of free, ample parking right in front, which makes it convenient even during busy lunch hours. The firehouse-themed décor, complete with firefighter memorabilia, gives the space a very nice welcoming feel. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, this Firehouse Subs staff will do a great job to deliver on both taste and experience. It’s a great stop for anyone looking for something fast, filling, and delicious.

Service always sucks here. Today I ordered online and my pick up time was 25 minutes later. I got to the store about 10 minutes before my order was scheduled to be ready. People came in and placed ordered and picked up food and left several times. The 3rd time I saw a person order and get their food while I ordered 20 minutes ago and I’m still waiting I asked if they had my order. (Twice I have placed an order online and gotten there to pick it up and they didn’t even know I had ordered). The girl said they are “working” on it and eventually, 7 minutes later I got my sandwich. I guess at this location they just make whatever ordered they want? My order should have been on time. I shouldn’t have to sit there and watch people come in and order and get their food while I’m still waiting and waiting. The FS on Wickham rd is SO much better! They are polite and they make better sandwiches!

I wish I could say that this location was great but most of the stuff is rude, and hateful. I watched them stare at the customers coming in and wouldn’t even greet them. On top of that they are cussing and making fun of people. Not great. Need better staff

I don't go here often, maybe once every 3 months but my last visit was a BIG surprise. They brought back their hot sauce bottle assortment. Had always enjoyed trying new & different hot sauces on my sandwhich. Also their Datl sauce is now pre-packaged in pouches. And lastly, the two girls working their on my visit we SO nice, customer focused, and fast at building my sandwhich. The only negative was that my NY Steamer had super fatty Pastrami, which is a surprise as their sandwiches are always top-notch. I always struggle between the Steamer or Engineer and now they had 2 new limited availability subs that feature ghost pepper pickles that the girls let me try. I'll be back for sure!

Room temperature IQ individuals. Cancelled my bogo order because they felt like it. Were extremely rude to my grubhub driver and kicked her out of the store. Refused to talk to me over the phone and refused to pickup my calls to the store. I will be speaking with corporate.

No one should give this business any money. Jersey Mikes is better anyway.

Ordered through uber eats. Pickle was just the skin, looked almost like it was already partially eaten. Absolutely disgusting!. Sandwich was stuffed into container and already falling apart when I got it. Food was bland. Very unhappy. Avoid this place!

Last two times i ordered a “Large club on a sub” and they forgot the bacon not to mention the sub was literally falling apart and it looked like it had been thrown in the box. I was on my lunch break so my time was limited they asked to come back and remake it and there’s nothing else they can do. A bunch of helpless and rude people work here that don’t even know what goes on a club sandwich.

Sandwiches were good which is normal for most Firehouse locations. When we arrived no one was in the store and one worker was sweeping. She was sweeping the floor so hard that she was throwing drit on my feet and legs standing in the ordering spot. While ordering she just kept moving closer and sweeping more dirt on me and my husband. None of the staff were very friendly or welcoming...I felt like they just wanted us to leave. I guess we should have taken our sandwiches to go.

Awful. I paid $6.50 for the tiniest sandwich I ever saw. One piece of cheese on a 2 inch sub! Couldn't even find it. They forgot to put the sides we requested on. And the service there did nothing to make it better. Just told me this was an acceptable sandwich for $6.50. Shame on them! Never again. There is a reason it's always empty and Subway is always packed.
