Didn't even get a chance to order my food before asking a simple question about different types of cheese that they my have and all I asked was if they had pepper jack cheese and the female bartender said (was that one of the options I gave you no didn't think so then I proceeded to say that she didn't have to respond like that so I put the menu down and walked back to the kitchen and asked for a manager and said it's my last time coming here and that the bartender should be reprimanded and they took that as me saying to fire her which was not the case so the male bartender came out to me sitting with my friends not causing any problems and he came and made a big scene and the whole bar was looking and watching and to be honest things could definitely have been handled better

I love coming to key west. My fiancé and I have been coming here for over a year and love the bartenders. Vibes are always high, drinks are cheap, and there’s always the same locals in there. It’s your typical dive bar and I love everything about it

No real wine selection and no sweet wine, at all. Don’t ask about it either… owner thinks she’s from Ugly Coyote… you’ll get a smart ass answer.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I’ve been coming here for most of my life, and never have I experienced such rudeness. The bartender, Kelly (not the owner), was unbelievably disrespectful—crude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She didn’t greet us, didn’t ask what we wanted, and instead assumed the worst about us right away. I’m 41 years old, all I wanted was to order a drink, say hi to my family and friend, and enjoy the moment. Instead, she made it clear she wanted us out immediately. I have never been treated this poorly in this bar in all my years. Shame on her. Next time I’m in town, I will not be telling my family to meet up here again.
