Couldn't wait to order 2 Asiago Bagel Stacks Roma w/ chicken for an at-home lunch w/guest. The stacks are nothing like your picture! They each have 2 pieces of tomato & some chicken--no lettuce or cheese & squashed down--very disappointing.

I ordered from the app and my food was ready and within 11 minutes from when I ordered. It was very easy with the drive-through window to pick up my food. The food was fine. It’s Panera.

I really love Panera, the customer service is always great. I'm amazed how fast they can serve you in the drive-thru window! I have a membership to the sip club so I go in for a coffee about five times a week, great perks with this club.

This location is clean and quick. I had great service the last time I went. I usually get the pic too. So you get the sandwich and the soup.

Food can be a hit or a miss. I like the new chicken and pesto dipper, but my chips were missing even though it’s checked off on the receipt. You can never be sure you’re getting what you paid for, especially with pick-up and to-go orders. Lots of reviews saying their orders were missing items. You’d think they’d pay special attention by double and triple checking after numerous bad reviews about the same issue. Double check your orders when ordering here to make sure everything is there!!!!

In store experience is amazing - we usually do drive through or app pickup. For fast food it better than most. Going in because we had the time was great, everything was upgrade over drive through.

Considering most Paneras are generally miserable, I think the Eau Gallie Blvd cafe is great. I pick up online orders regularly and they are perfect every time

You can’t go through the drive thru and trust that you’ll get what you asked for. Ask for salad with extra dressings and get home to realize there’s no dressing. And the only reason you have to ask for extra is because they only fill them 1/3. Which I guess doesn’t matter since the salad was filled with wilted lettuce.
