Panera Bread

You can’t go through the drive thru and trust that you’ll get what you asked for. Ask for salad with extra dressings and get home to realize there’s no dressing. And the only reason you have to ask for extra is because they only fill them 1/3. Which I guess doesn’t matter since the salad was filled with wilted lettuce.

The worst drive thru people EVER!!! It’s like you are on their time and they will get to you when they are ready. The amount of time they make you wait at the speaker to even place your order is insane. The associate was eating while she was taking my order. How rude!

Do not come here if you want to spend at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. It is unfortunately my local Panera so it was not one time only, the service is super slow and careless. I’m hoping they can improve their customer service.

Morgan, the manager, has been the best! He makes sure that I am happy with my order.

Initially it was difficult for me to order from from the kiosk, but the cashier helped me with my order at the register. The food was good and I ordered my usual of soup in a bread bowl. I ordered broccoli cheddar, my favorite.

I used to come here all the time. I stopped because the coffee sucks and they mess up orders as often as they get them right. I decided I wanted a cinnamon crunch bagel so ordered two of them and went to pick them up and guess what??? They screwed it up. Then didn't have enough bagels left to correct the order. I was debating doing sip club again because they have a $3 a month offer right now but dealing with this isn't worth it.

The girls handling the takeouts were great.👍
