So last night, I went to Philly's Finest to find out that the previous owners ( that it becomes so familiar to me and me with them) had sold the restaurant. I know that they had worked so hard for 10+ years to create a community restaurant that was excellent - but they were exhausted. Good for them and we wish them the best! With that being said, I met the new owner last night, ordering some food for my wife and I. She is a lovely lady and seems excited about taking over....
I love Philly cheesesteak sandwiches made with chicken. Most places use a processed meat for the steak and chicken, but Philly's Finest uses fresh chicken and steak. I wish they had more vegetables to include in the sandwich, but they have enough and the sandwiches are amazing.
