Clean, and friendly
Wonderful staff here and I'm so excited that they have a lilo and stitch smoothie! To make this better they draw stitch on the ohana breeze smoothie, makes it a whole lot more awesome!
Last two times I ordered from this location were bad experiences. The first time, there were no napkins in my take out bag so I asked for napkins. She gave me one napkin. I asked for more. She gave me one more. The hummus veggie wrap had brown avocado in it, not just a little brown but completely brown. The next time I ordered there, the kale apple slaw had apple seeds and an apple stem in it.

I placed an order around 715am. When I arrived, there was no one there and the door was locked. I called to get a refund and they said I had to come back in person. 1) what if I couldn't come back later? 2) what was I supposed to have for breakfast? 3) they should've offered me something for the inconvenience and my time.
This location is amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful when needing to decided on a smoothie! Maddie and Howie were so efficient and great to chat with! Love this location!

Went to Tropical Smoothie with my family. Purchased a bunch of smoothies and food and was greeted by Maddie. She was extremely cordial, professional and made sure that our order was correct before sending it out to us. The staff there was fun and inviting, even sharing some jokes with us.
