Literally the worst fast food I’ve ever had. The smell coming out of the drive thru window was just awful. My food was so over cooked. The crispy chicken sandwich was as hard as a rock and had a weird taste like it had been left in the fryer way too long. I think I’ve been turned off of Wendy’s for good. With Chipotle right down the street, this place needs to step up its game or be gone. Just gross.

Arrived in drive thru at 610a. Several minutes passed and no one took our order, despite a worker in a hoodie just hanging out inside. Drove around and tried again. Left at 618a with no food.

We did only order. Burgers was cold no dipping sauce even though we ordered 3 different orders of chicken nuggets. And had to wait for 10 plus mins with just our drink in hand no straws. Come on Wendy's this is just wrong.

As a former employee of this Wendy's for two years I will start by saying the only times I ever got my order right was when I made them myself. Whether I came in drive thru during my off days, or ordered through Uber eats because my lazy butt was craving a Baconator, You should always expect something to be missing. Whether its small like your sauce, utensils, or not the right size drink you asked for, other times you dont get the proportions of food you request (such as receiving a small chili when ordering a large). While the food itself can be great, and even fresh during the rush hours (8:30-10am, 11am-2pm, and 5-8pm) Expect rude attitudes from employees, or requests made to fall on deaf ears. I would not come to this Wendys unless you crave something specific, and I'd be sure to check the receipt and your order, everytime you come here

This sucks. Wendy’s are dwindling. As fast food goes, their 🍔 have been fresh, hot fries 🍟. I spend over $33.00 Friday. Fries old, cold. Burgers, old, burnt, cold, chicken nuggets cold. I had to take it back in. Said I’d keep the frosties but not the food. The older manager ignored it so I went back to my car car to grab the frosties. The younger manager took very good care of me apologized & gave me my money back. There have been several Wendy’s closed. What a bummer Eau Gallie location is proving why Never used to be this way
Store hours need to be updated on food delivery apps. Order was able to be completed on Uber eats with, having a delivery person assigned and showing up and then cancelled bc location was “closed”. Driver was told they never received the order and that there was nothing the establishment could do… that it was Uber’s fault.
Please adjust the store hours on these apps so orders don’t come in after the establishment closes.

I tend to have trouble with their app at times. The cashier did too. Very friendly cashier. I was disappointed in the new Girl Scout frosty. It was not as good as expected. I do like their chicken nuggets better than other places.
