This sucks. Wendy’s are dwindling. As fast food goes, their 🍔 have been fresh, hot fries 🍟. I spend over $33.00 Friday. Fries old, cold. Burgers, old, burnt, cold, chicken nuggets cold. I had to take it back in. Said I’d keep the frosties but not the food. The older manager ignored it so I went back to my car car to grab the frosties. The younger manager took very good care of me apologized & gave me my money back. There have been several Wendy’s closed. What a bummer Eau Gallie location is proving why Never used to be this way

Store hours need to be updated on food delivery apps. Order was able to be completed on Uber eats with, having a delivery person assigned and showing up and then cancelled bc location was “closed”. Driver was told they never received the order and that there was nothing the establishment could do… that it was Uber’s fault.
Please adjust the store hours on these apps so orders don’t come in after the establishment closes.

I tend to have trouble with their app at times. The cashier did too. Very friendly cashier. I was disappointed in the new Girl Scout frosty. It was not as good as expected. I do like their chicken nuggets better than other places.

Pretty sure your fries machine is broken. Asked for fresh fries and they came out brown and burnt….

Always fast, friendly, and the food is always hot. I always get hot fries from here (which I'd a rarity from other fast food places). Even when they are busy, they get your food out to you fast, hot, and prepared correctly!
Cashier doesn’t speak, person handling food not wearing gloves, touching nuggets with bare fingers on the tray..

They stopped offering ice tea. I've been avoiding Wendy's since they stopped making tea

Horrible because paying customers are not allowed to use the bathroom!! This a violation of local health codes.. Some of the employees and very rude. Do not waste your money
