An absolute diamond in the rough, a gem !!! Authentic Italian food with superb service by a very attentive staff. Atmosphere is good and location is a goldmine.....touch to park but worth the drive. One of our top FAVORITE place to eat when in the area.

The rollatini Di Melezane was divine and an incredible meat substitute that anyone would enjoy! The gnocchi was alright, not my favorite; but the service made up for it! I adored the tiramisu---though I have yet to find a toramisu I've met and haven't liked.Vegetarian options: Good options for both pescatarians and vegetarians!

A gem of an Italian restaurant that’ll delight all of your senses. With the flavors of Italy still lingering, Casa Italia took me back there with so much deliciousness. Highly recommend their meatballs, pollo cacciatore, chicken piccata, caprese and gnocchi. Their staff are friendly, professional and efficient. If you’re on Indian Rocks Beach, do yourself a huge favor and visit Casa Italia.
My husband and I went for our Anniversary. It came highly recommended. Our server was good. Our food was terrible. I had seafood with pasta and it was watery and had no taste. My husband had lasagna and it was also tasteless. Would not go back or recommend.

Absolutely the BEST local Italian food! The lasagna is incredible; as is every other dish, my wife and I, have had there... the literally 50-times we've dined. Nice wine selection too. The owners, Claudia & Tony, hostess and Chef themselves and care for you like family. The Italian way!

I came here on valentines day and I made a reservation for 8pm. I looked at the menu online and they had a good selection with items I was excited to try which is hard to find for me. However when my boyfriend and I arrived there after I had gotten excited and ready for a nice valentines date, I was extremely disappointed. Come to find out for days like valentines and Christmas that they make a "special menu" which items that are not found on their original menu nor can you get the items on their normal menu. The choices on this "special menu" where incredibly limited and were priced on the overly expensive side. Needless to say I left in tears and couldn't get a reservation at another place due to the time and day. Honestly thanks to casa italia my valentines day felt ruined.
