Keegan’s staff is friendly and attentive! Recently enjoyed an excellent lunch of seared tuna, grilled octopus, and peel ‘n eat shrimp. 10/10 on taste and service! If visiting IRB, don’t miss this gem!
It's a shame I couldn't give this place a 10 star. Everything from the immediate and flawless service to the wonderful flavors of the meal. What a delightful experience. I actually spilled my drink and the manager saw this happen and immediately sent the waiter out to clean it up with a refill in hand. When we are back in the area we will absolutely be eating there.
Tasty foods. The soups were excellent.
Parking: A decent sized lot for parking. One story building, so no stairs!
