What kind of coffee shop only opens up at 4:00 in the afternoon? ?

Our favorite treat for ice cream!

The ice cream is great and although the price is high they do put as much ice-cream as possible in the cups and cones. I would only caution about sitting outside at the tables surrounded by bushes as there were 5-6" rats coming out of the bushes.

I’m talking about 140 Flavors. Our family went there. We had Banana pudding , coffee apple strudel and strawberry cheesecake. So so good … Then we walked across the street and watched the sunset. Great ending to a day .

One of the best ice cream’s I ever had.
Me and my family got the Salted Caramel Brownie, Peanut Butter, birthday cake, rocky road and something Caramel river. They were all delicious and portions were huge. Thank God we just got 1 scoop on each cone LOL. Also I ask for a sample of the raspberry flavor and it was delicious. The customer service was good, we were greeted when I opened the door and they were fast serving us. Also restrooms were decent. Definitely will be back.

Brown Butter Bourbon with Midnight Express in a Waffle cone is THE BEST ice cream ever anywhere! And every single one of the kids behind the counter is extra generous with the scoops lol. Service with a smile and they will see me again for sure ❤️

They have a variety of flavors, so something for everyone! They are also dog-friendly! They have outdoor seating, and they were happy to help with providing water for my dog. Thank you! :)

I was referred here by a friend while visiting the area. The wait from arrival to departure was an hour. For 2 scoops. I expected the ice cream to be phenomenal because of the wait time, but that's just not the case. It was good, but not an hour wait good. At least have more employees during peak time. The location of a tip jar every few feet on the counter is cheesy. Especially with the slow service. I would recommend giving them a try during a slow time of day. By the time you get your ice cream, you find yourself agitated. That's just not what a fun time at an ice cream shop is supposed to leave you feeling like.

Large serving sizes and even larger selection

Stopped by on our way back from the beach. Even though it was crowded the service was super fast. The portions are large and the selection of flavors I have never seen before was awesome! Definitely will visit again.
