Not sure what has happened with the wait staff here (though I actually have heard rumors,) but what a mess. Need to start by saying this is literally my favorite place. Been going since day 1. When I heard their lease wasnt renewed and would be closing, I was horrified, and wanted to go immediately to support. Food and drinks good as always. We waited 15 min for anyone to acknowledge our existence. Nope. Finally bartender came over to get us drinks and said would find server. Nope. No one came. Another 10 minutes. Finally flagged down a girl who had zero interest in waiting on us and ( I do not say this lightly), was clearly under the influence. Could not take a simple order. Asked us to repeat many times. Got food wrong. Never came back to check. In the meantime another employee started screaming at and making fun of patrons. I have never seen anything like it. Had to chase her down again for water, to pay. Seriously the worst server I have ever experienced. She needed sent home to sober up. I guess because the place is closing no one cares.
I retired here from Arizona and year ago. FINALLY FOUND Mexican food that is authentic. I had the chili rellanos and it was absolutely outstanding. All of the food for our table was incredible. I did not care for the rice but who cares......order more beans. This place is so popular with limited space inside. Be prepared for a mild wait. Extremely nice staff from bar tenders to wait staff......I made sure to tip well enough to get the tip bell rung. Wow.....I am again hungry to go back while writing this.

I don’t normally eat at Mexican restaurants when I travel because my hometown has great ones that are hard to top. This place beat them all!!! The food was fantastic and so was the service! The Street Corn is a must! Also enjoyed the dog friendly outdoor area. We will definitely eat here again the next time we are at IRB!

Wet burrito was dry!!! Beans and rice was horrible. Margarita was decent. Guacamole and chips was ok. I wouldn't go back

Music was too loud to allow for normal conversation. Looked like there were a bunch of hairs or plastic fibers on the plate/ table. Food was amazing though!
Had a great breakfast and enjoyed the scenery

Went for the 1st time last night. Loved it. Got our own legitimate VIP area for our group of 4 adults & 2 kids. It was awesome. Our server was great! The fajitas were amazing, hillbilly bowl was a huge hit, chicken quesadilla was good. 1/2 order of nachos was huge, but a bit dry… I think the white queso would be better on there instead of baked mozzarella/cheddar. Made it tough to eat. Other than that 10/10 would recommend!
