I received excellent service at this store, the cashier was very helpful. Food was great, service was good, the only issue I saw was one of the big dudes, the manager I think was just standing around doing nothing to help his staff. Overall, I recommend to stop by

Don't go to this Burger King! Had the most rude person working there, Stephanie Williams (their name is on the receipt). I spent $26 for 2 burger meals and asked for a bunch of ketchup. She gave me a couple of packets. I asked for more please, and she said, "That's all I have for you!" I said, "I ordered two big burger meals with fries and I only get a couple of packets?" Then she said, "I don't really care!". Ooof. I thought about turning off my car and eating my meal at the drive-thru window with cars piling up behind me, and if she asked me to leave, I'd say I really don't care. I had to go to the grocery store for ketchup while my food got cold. Needless to say, for a person who spends a lot of time in this little town, I'll do my best to try and make the Burger King go out of business here. BK, if you see this, please fire Stephanie Williams. She's a bad look for the whole "Have it your way" motto!

The cashiers were ignoring me and looking bad at me every time I asked for something, and even if I asked for it it it wasn't given to me. I asked for a spoon 5 times and never received it, I asked for sauces for my food and they just walked away. I asked for a bacon melt and instead of giving it to me correctly they gave me the filling of a philly melt with bacon on top. I'll definitely send a serious complaint to corporate.

Staff is great, missing 1 start because is look like they don't have good accountability of items.
After being given my order as I was in the drive-thru line, I was told "you're welcome", as I was driving away. So to the order taker, thank you so much for rushing me through my order with the linguistic speed of an auctioneer. Thank you so much for handing me my order. I am so grateful that you were able to take my money. You were so generous in continuing to talk to me at the speed of a freight train just to find out if I wanted any ketchup and I am so overwhelmingly appreciative. Why must I as the consumer say thank you? You should be thanking me for giving you the business, and if you did thank me at the speed of light meanderings that you hurled at me it was lost after mocking me because I didn't say thank you. But I will have to say that you are a step above the person that normally just throws the food out the window at me without saying a word.

Out of ice - out of large fries. Got my no onions, Xtra pickles, add cheese half right. I got onions. Just pulled them off & gave to hubby. Good size parking lot for us pulling camper though !

Took 10 minutes to get my food. Employee we talking nd handing phone back and forth to the car in front of us. Gave 1 drink and handed phones back gave other drinks and phone once again then food talked couple more minutes then car left.. fries way to salty
