We ordered food and got to the second window to pay. The lady who took the card was extremely rude. My daughter’s apple juice didn’t have a straw, and when I asked if she could give me one or replace the juice, she slammed the tray where the juices were and handed it to me very abruptly. Super disappointing experience—especially in front of my child. I proceeded to say thank you despite her being rude and she rolled her eyes, then slammed the window. I hope this can be addressed so other customers are treated with more courtesy in the future.

The worker who took my order was nice or some what got my order right until this white monkey cracker told the cashier that I order 1 fries instead of 2 other more cause it feels like I was shaking with my anxiety and autism that manager got upset that I order 1 medium fries instead of 2 and got my dad's crispy wrap wrong.

The order taker Janelle Sanchez is always rude and disrespectful. She told me to stand up and I'm paralyze from the waist down. Told another crew member not to serve me because Mandy said so. I feel racially profile and to make fun of my disability was horrible.

I received excellent service at this store, the cashier was very helpful. Food was great, service was good, the only issue I saw was one of the big dudes, the manager I think was just standing around doing nothing to help his staff. Overall, I recommend to stop by

Don't go to this Burger King! Had the most rude person working there, Stephanie Williams (their name is on the receipt). I spent $26 for 2 burger meals and asked for a bunch of ketchup. She gave me a couple of packets. I asked for more please, and she said, "That's all I have for you!" I said, "I ordered two big burger meals with fries and I only get a couple of packets?" Then she said, "I don't really care!". Ooof. I thought about turning off my car and eating my meal at the drive-thru window with cars piling up behind me, and if she asked me to leave, I'd say I really don't care. I had to go to the grocery store for ketchup while my food got cold. Needless to say, for a person who spends a lot of time in this little town, I'll do my best to try and make the Burger King go out of business here. BK, if you see this, please fire Stephanie Williams. She's a bad look for the whole "Have it your way" motto!
