Little Caesars Pizza

This Little Caesars location in Indiantown not even deserving a 1 star review!! Very nasty place. The staff has no respect for customers and the level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Most of the employees are young and clearly not trained well, following right along with the disrespectful attitude set by the manager who seriously lacks self-control and basic customer service skills.
To make things worse, the pizza I received wasn’t even fully cooked. When I brought it to their attention and asked for a solution, they refused to fix the issue. Asking for a refund only made things worse, I was met with rude attitudes and the nastiest response from the staff.

I highly DO NOT recommend this Little Caesars to anyone. If you care about being treated with respect and receiving quality food, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Ready made pizzas available between 4-8, according to the website. Dropped in at 415 to pick up 2 ready made pies. None were ready. Wait was 5-8 minutes, took about 15. Not awful, but not as promised and general attitude was that it wasn't important.

We order from our local Indiantown, Florida Little Caesars quite a bit. We have never had any problems to speak of, but last Friday night, they showed what they were really like as far as customer service. We ordered our pizza, and went to pick it up. When we checked it before we left, it wasn't the way we ordered. I took it back in and respectfully told them it wasn't made the way I ordered. The young man at the front counter immediately took responsibility and apologized. The manger immediately came up and apologized and said he would make it right. When he brought it back, he apologized again and said they would be sure to not make a mistake next time.We couldn't have asked for them to be more kind and helpful, and I tried to make sure they knew that.Good customer service goes such a long way.
