Decent price, only hotel within 30miles so didn't have a choice. Tons of charm and quiet since I was the only human in the building the whole night. Did meet the parrot in the lobby, he was chill.

Fine hotel, decor has a vibe that's going for charming but is pretty hit or miss. Several of the rooms had at least a few termites and one was swarming with them. The backyard / pool area is surprisingly nice though!

It's old but well maintained, still the same after all these years

Originally booked 3/9/2025 to 3/14/2025. The Inn is quite beautiful and the people that work at the Inn are helpful.
I was there on business to check out a piece of property and the owner was very helpful in assisting to determine whether or not I was going to keep or sell such property.
I only stayed two nights and forfeited the rest of the week. There is not much to do in Indiantown so spending a week unless you’re here for an event. One complaint I did not address with the owner or the people that assisted throughout the hotel was the fact that I paid in full and I understand I wasn’t going to get a refund for the days that I did not stay however they decided to charge me an extra 80 something dollars in the end,for what I do not know. It seemed nice at first that they swapped me out from the top floor to the bottom floor however, I was stuck on end of a wing with two elderly visitors, and I felt the need to remain quiet because I did not want to disturb them. My room was quite tiny and the tub enamel could use some work. There is no blackout curtains in the room and the light from the parking lot was in my face the entire night. Another major downfall is the railroad and how loud it is — no one mentioned this when I made my reservations. The Inn is close to plenty of shopping nearby, gas stations, are relatively price to the economy. Despite the low speed posted, people spent through town like there was no tomorrow, and it felt unsafe crossing the road on foot. One can tell that they really are improving Indian town by putting in a new high school but there’s some major construction going on in town and it’s affecting people who live there, perhaps out pricing people who normally could afford to live there and it seems that people in the future may have to move if they can’t afford to move with the times; such as selling properties to large developers or moving into expensive condos, hence taking away from the small town feel many grew up with in Indiantown. The Inn is a memorial to the Seminoles, and it is very beautifully appointed. The second floor is a museum of sorts, and I recommend people stopping by to pay their respects and viewing the museum. I took a lot of beautiful pictures and I hope the owners appreciate this as my respect to the Inn.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff is very helpful. Each room has a different theme. It’s not even that expensive. Definitely a perfect place to stay if you’re in this town.

My husband and I love going to historic inns and staying. We so wanted to love this place . It could be fixed with thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. It could be an absolute perfect inn. The art details on the walls and the ambiance is amazing. We had rooms 25 and 26 with an adjoining bathroom. The floor was not clean, it was very much in need of vacuuming. The shower walls grout was black. They need to hire someone to come in and chemically clean the walls in the bathroom. The bed spreads on two of our three beds should have been thrown away. Everything was just grimy. It needs help. It's old. The air conditionings in the two adjoining rooms were very, very noisy. We tried to stay in one room with the king size bed but the air conditioning was way too noisy so we had to go to the adjoining room with two beds and sleep in there where it was not as noisy. The one thing that they have going for sure is the history. It was very quiet, the service was nice and the outdoor back area was pleasant but other than that I would not recommend staying here until they update and clean up. I also found out that the owner is 90 something years old. That might be one of the biggest problems. She needs to let somebody who wants to love this place and fix it up have it. I would not recommend staying here unless you don't care about the things that I mentioned previously.

No buffet or food at this hotel anymore. Used to creaky old hotels but the rooms were awful. Mildew, stained sheets, old pillows, peeling walls, scrap furniture, nothing hospitable or appealing. Bathroom fixtures are old, rusted, missing parts, peeling vanity, missing tiles on the floor. Noisy road and train whistling nearby. Do NOT recommend. Staff and historic display are fine but the rooms I stayed in were cringe.

love this Hotel. A little gem. peaceful quiet clean. Is like going back in Time another Era. Is like a museum too. You also learn history. Many murals paintings, the garden is beautiful, relaxing. so much tranquility. Excellent place to take photos , I took so many beautiful photos there. Excellent for bird watching. the birds were singing beautiful songs. furniture is antique from the 1900. The staff is terrific especially the front desk young man from Astor and the other young Man that reads the Bible, sorry guys, forgot your names.? but not your candor . Thank you for your great service and for being so humble and kind. Let's not forget the parrot that says good morning everyday in the morning she's so cute, you also can hand feed her. I will see you soon. In God's timing. Be bless ? thank you .Rooms: When you enter the hotel you go back in time you feel like you in another era the rooms are quiet clean cozy the beds are comfy.Safety: The hotel front door has an automatic lock that locks the door after 5:00 p.m. you need a code to get in. my daughter and I felt very safe. the rooms have two locks, one is a deadbolt from the inside . Felt secure. Uses keys.

The hotel preserves the traditions and history of the Seminole tribes, native to this region of Florida. Excellent place, and very helpful staff. The room was not tidy, which was done in a few minutes, it is not a matter of regret, but I would not
