Just didn't get what I ordered. Got Italian Herbs and Cheese bread instead of regular Italian. Asked for less crunch, but it was overflowing. Asked for sliced avo, but got smashed, which would have been okay if it wasn't only on one side of the sandwich and half on the outside of it. No lettuce. And no cheesecake cookie. The one positive point was it was ready on time.

We stopped in for a pick up order and it was a little behind but Brittany was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and then some even offering a free cookie since we had to wait a little while for our order. Thank you so much Brittany you made our day and we hope to get served by you again.

Inglas store does not seem to be a real subway,no steak,no chicken. Got turkey and cheese with lettuce from surly girl. Ten shreds of lettuce one slice turkey one cheese. Have had better sandwich at greyhound bus stations.

I had a very good experience today with this location. Brittany was absolutely amazing. The restaurant was clean and my sandwich was no joke one of the best I've had even though it was a Titan Turkey. Brittany suggested salt/pepper oil and vinegar and I think that was the secret. Oh and a lot of olives! I think she definitely deserves a raise. 😏

Nastiest subway ive ever been to and I drive truck for a living so that's saying something literally out of everything.. even soda.. piss poor management and employees were ridiculous like it was there first job but there's no way because they were older. Had to be ran by drug addicts.. I never leave a bad review but this plane was so ridiculous I had to.. don't go here drive the extra few miles and maybe the next 1 over can do you better..

This, like the franchise as a whole, has edible food but has been surpassed by other sandwich franchises. When the others are not an option, it works.

So, I gave up on Subway years ago. Sandwiches were not that good. Service always sucked. I live in Yankeetown and really had a craving for a sub. I decided to give the Inglis Subway a shot. First off, the store was clean, and the staff was kind and courteous. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. I have been back for a total of 3 visits in a month and each time was a pleasant experience. Nice job staff for winning a customer back. ???
