This was our first stop at Cuvee 30A. The waiter (Michael), was very professional, the two apps were fantastic. The Crab & Corn Bisque was rich & thick, with robust flavors that could also serve as an entree soup if someone so desired. The Escargot in garlic butter sauce with fresh baked (in house) sour dough bread was to die for. At this point of the meal, my wife and I (we are admitted foodies), had great expectations for the upcoming entree......but that is where the meal disappointed us :-( We decided to share the ribeye cap steak, which is served sliced, and ordered the garlic potato cake, and carrots as sides to accompany the steak. The steak was cooked properly (medium rare), and looked beautiful....but the flavor was missing. even the charred ends, had little flavor. there was no seasoning on the meat....which can be fine, but even after we added salt at the table, there was just minimal flavor in this cut of beef. For a highly marbled cut of beef, that was very disappointing. The carrot side dish was nice, but the garlic potato cake also disappointed in flavor, as it was bland. After tasing the magnificent garlic butter that the escargot was cooked delivered in.......we expected the "garlic" potato cake to have some of that wonderful flavor as well.....but it did not...in fact there was barely a hint (if that) of garlic in the potato cake side....which was a bummer flavor wise. Soooo while the apps and service were excellent, the entree and sides brought this meal down to a 4 rating, with the entree and sides deserving a 3 as a stand alone rating unfortunately.

This was our first time dining at Cuvée 30A. From the moment we walked in until left the resturant was an extraordinary experience. The host was very nice and easy to talk to. Our waiter Igor was amazing. His knowledge of the menu, suggestions and descriptions of dishes was on point. The food was delicious. The crab and corn bisque was the best ever. Our entrees were great. Our dessert, Dark Chocolate Crepes with Vanilla Ice Cream was out of this world! We have found a new favorite restaurant on the Panhandle. Congratulations Cuvée 30A. We'll see you soon.
We make sure to eat at Cuvée everytime we vacation on 30A. It's delicious and the service is incredible.
The short rib was an absolute 10/10. The grouper was okay - too much breading for my liking. Price is high but the service and food were good!
The food was absolutely amazing as always! Our server was extremely knowledgeable about my gluten allergy and made me feel totally safe to eat there! The staff is always so kind and has the most interesting stories! It's overall just a wonderful dining experience!
We dined at Cuvee 30A for the 4th time on Saturday and, as always, it did not disappoint! The food was truly delicious and well presented and the service was exceptional! As I was not particularly interested in a certain seafood dish on the menu, the server made a suggestion of something they could do, Jumbo scallops with sauteed spinach, and it was amazing! The flourless chocolate cake with ice cream with French press coffee and steeped hot tea for my wife finished off the evening. Highly recommended!
We've been to Cuvee 30A many times, we are local. The food is very good. My husband's steak was excellent. I ordered the Yellow Tuna entree. It was very good. However, it's not enough food. There was very little spinach and only a few slices of tuna. The chef should add some more spinach and possibly rice. It would not have been enough food for a man. It would also be nice for the chef to offer more gluten free items, especially bread.
I loved the place. It’s located in a beautiful plaza, and the restaurant itself is stunning. We started with some house-buttered bread, served warm and super tasty (we had to order more). Then, we ordered the beef carpaccio, which we didn’t enjoy much but to be fair, our palates aren’t made for that. We just wanted to step out of our comfort zone. Anyway, then we ordered the center-cut beef filet, and it was absolutely top-notch, 20/10! We had it with mashed sweet potatoes and fries, which came with a homemade ketchup sauce a great touch that we loved.
Of course, we wanted dessert but couldn’t decide, so we went for the dessert sample, and wow, I loved all of them! My favorite was the banana cream pie.
On top of all this, our server, Steven, gave us an incredible experience. Thanks to him, our visit to this restaurant was even better. If you see this, thank you!! We loved your service!!!

I had an incredible dining experience at Cuvee 30A! Our server, Jakob, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and made our evening so enjoyable. The food was phenomenal, with plenty of delicious gluten-free options. Every dish was perfectly prepared, and you can tell the quality and attention to detail that goes into each plate. I highly recommend Cuvee 30A, especially if you’re looking for a place with amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. 10/10!

The staff are welcoming and deliver excellent service. The crab and corn bisque was bursting with flavor, and the scallops were delightful. The dessert sampler is a great option if you want to taste a bit of everything

Started off bad and ended worse. Staff was snooty starting with the hostess, waiter was no better. I've traveled extensively and have never experienced anything comparable. I just brushed it off and ordered drinks and dinner with a party of four. Waiter took order, runner dropped off food, drinks were about empty when food arrived. Waiter never came back to check on us after food was dropped and after about 20 minutes with no drinks to wash our food down we asked a random food runner for our Waiter or manager. 10 more minutes past and our food was cold by then as we were all waiting on drinks. We gave up and went to hostess stand to pay bill as no one had checked on us after at least 30 minutes. Manager was at hostess stand and as we explained the service he was clearly not concerned. He didn't apologize or even seem to care. Worst service and experienced we have ever had anywhere.

Awful service. Came in with my family for happy hour. Our food was dropped. And we sat with empty drinks for 15 minutes. No one ever came to ask how our food was. Our tab was well over $100 with just appetizers. When we asked to speak to manager about the abysmal service, we were accused of being hostile. And using foul language. We never used one curse word. We were treated terribly. Horrible experience.
Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish! When I called in the morning to make a reservation the gentleman who took my reservation (I believe his name was Jack) was so helpful and informative. He walked me through the different seating areas, let me know what kind of music would be playing, and was just delightful and friendly. We sat in the bar because we wanted to enjoy the live guitarist and we were so happy we did…he was fantastic! Our waiter, Michael provided exceptional service! He made perfect recommendations and was 100% attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. The pecan crusted grouper and the pepper crusted yellowfin tuna were fantastic!!!! The decadent desserts put it all over the top. Highly recommended Cuvée 30A! If you haven’t tried it already don’t wait! You will not be disappointed.
