It's called fine dining for a reason. The chef here knows his craft and performs with excellence. Delicious appetizers as well as well thought out, flavorful, entrees. Everything we ordered was beyond prepared perfectly and presented beautifully. The wine selection is just too large to describe. Perfect was to cap off our vacation.

Five stars isn't enough. We went to Sous Vide 30A for Valentine’s Day, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make the evening feel special. The food, however, was the real star of the show. The sous vide preparation meant every single bite was incredibly tender and flawlessly cooked. I had the steak and lobster, and it practically melted in my mouth. This is easily one of the best meals I've had in a long time. It’s rare to find a restaurant that hits every single mark, but they truly knocked it out of the park. We’ve found our new favorite special occasion spot!

Had a fantastic dinner at Cuvee 30A. I sat at the bar and started with the scallops appetizer, which were absolutely perfect—large, meaty, and cooked beautifully.
For my main course, I went with the center cut filet topped with hollandaise sauce and a side of fries (basically steak and frites), and the steak was cooked to perfection. Honestly one of the best filets I’ve had. The fries came out hot, perfectly seasoned, and were great on their own—especially with the side of house-made ketchup.
I also had an espresso martini that was excellent, and finished the meal with their white chocolate banana cream pie for dessert. It was truly out of this world and the perfect way to end the meal.
The only slight downside was the service at the bar. It wasn’t quite as attentive as I would have expected from an establishment like this—I had to ask to place my order, request another cocktail, ask to see the dessert menu, and even had to track someone down when I was ready to pay my tab. That said, the food was so good that it absolutely wouldn’t stop me from coming back.
Overall, an outstanding meal and definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Everything was wonderful, and all the staff were great. Our entrees were all cooked perfect and delicious. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the carpaccio, which fell a little flat compared to the other appetizers we had.

Cuvee 30A is a lovely restaurant . Our waiter made the experience fantastic by going above and beyond! He is a recent transplant from Alaska , which we also have traveled to do conversation with him was nice! He was one of the best waiters we have ever had! The wine selection at Cuvee is unmatched! The food is great and it is just a wonderful dining experience.

The host greeted us rudely. Our group called ahead and made a reservation. Happy hour is only honored in the bar and the host put us uncomfortably at a small table. The food was fine but the host’s unwillingness to accommodate or make our group comfortable would keep me from ever returning. The rest of the restaurant was DEAD. Very disappointed.
