TERRIBLE!We came here to get a quick bite to eat and the workers were rude. They were out of every single thing we asked for ice cream wise. Then they shorted us all of our drinks, a fry and the sauce we asked for. Once they gave us our drinks, they tried to tell us that fruit punch was pink lemonade. Our ice cream came out in three different sizes and the food wasn’t even hot. Would NOT recommend.

I was there right at open and they made me wait to order when I was the only car. Okay, no problem, all I ordered was a side of fries and a side of onion rings. It's took me almost 15 minuted of waiting to get them. I have never seen a fast food place move so slow. Also, if you pay for sides of fries don't expect any sauce because they are .75 cents each. The service is way too slow and the kids that work here don't seem to care.

Do not come here anticipating "fast-food". Whether we have ordered blizzards or food most times we wait ten plus minutes and somehow they continue to mess the order up. This is the only place to go without going into pier park but I wish they would change management or trainers so it improves at some point.

Went there one week ago , and didn’t have any chocolate ice cream ,Well , one week later , we tried again and still no chocolate ice cream. Had to be extremely poor management at this Dairy Queen , Also on our first time , the manager was really “disappointed “ in her help , and was complaining about it in front of us, If she would do her job , her help could be better prepared also!!!!

Quick. With a smile. They never try to give you the old fries !
Although it was really busy and the line was lomg in the drive thru the man at the window was nice and the girl taking orders was patient and done a good job making sure we had everything we needed and did it in a timely manner... the milkshake machine is never down here like McDonald's and burger king you never have to get something you don't want cause something is broken
