I got a small ice cream with one mix in, and my son got a kids cup with one mix it. Our total was $17. I’m sure that was wrong. But on top of that, my cup wasn’t even filled up in a small cup. It could have easily fit in a kids cup. So basically we paid $17 for 2 scoops of ice cream?? That makes no sense.

Awesome ice cream prepared by a lil guy. People need to that when you leave a digital tip. I was informed some employees don't share them. They take them all. So cash tip the person who prepares your ice cream ?.

It was a nice place to work during the summer

We stopped by at 9:30pm to break a long drive home and were greeted with a big smile by this sweet girl behind the counter, she promptly ask if we wanted to try any flavors, when I asked her if they had cookies and cream she said “I will mix a fresh and delicious one for you” and she sure did!The small ice cream ? size goes a long way, super rich a flavorful.We usually feel bad walking into a place within 30-minutes of them closing but we felt extremely welcome! ? absolutely loved her positive vibes and energy ?

Asked for the filling of the Oreo ice cream cake but decorated like the sprinkle cake. The 2 Jamaican girls working were rude but said they could do that. Picked up the cake and cut it and it was solid vanilla all the way through. Picture to reference the order card and what we got. I’m not sure if the girls wrote it incorrectly since there’s no mention of Oreo or chocolate cake or what but it’s definitely not what we asked for. Disappointing and didn’t taste great. At least the outside was cute looking.

This is gone. Not just closed, gone.

Got a craving for a nostalgic dessert and I was deeply disappointed. As I walked in I was greeted promptly with a server leaning on the counter and a blank face. I saw the slices of cookies with pink and purple colored icing which was a let down. When I asked if I could get a slice with just the white icing (I'm allergic to the color additives) she said she could scrape off the color icing and put on the white icing. That is terrible! How they don't have fresh cookie cakes to be customized is a shame. Will not go back.

Nice staff

Went on May 4th. Place was unkept and looked unorganized. The display cones on the counter top were so old that they had literally wilted. I should have left at that point. The staff were unengaged, not wearing any kind of uniform or branded shirt (I was not sure at first if they worked there). The marble slab was not cold so it was wet when my ice cream was mixed with Oreos. Not all ingredients were added to the order (I’m not sure if they were out of stock or the guy behind the counter just didn’t care, but no explanation). We got our bill… $7.89 for a small cup of ice cream and $8.89 for a regular cone. The shopping center is nice so I hope they turn this place around. Giving two stars because I can’t in good conscience give ice cream a single star.
