Marble Slab Creamery

This is the worst location to go I went with my mom it was two girls working not a welcome in or anything we did all the communicating we’ve been to a marble slab creamery before but just not this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they were rude had horrible customer service and got annoyed by everything they had to do it was very obvious they didn’t like their job and what they had to do everything just seemed like an inconvenience to them and the price was outrageous!!!!!!!! Guess how much for a single scoop of ice cream in a waggle come and a waffle bowl it was $32 !!!!!!!!!! Horrible prices way too expensive you definitely couldn’t bring your family there it would be over $100

Terrible custom service , we came in 20 minutes before closing , people were all inside eating still and me and my family came in . There were 2 workers , a white woman and a black woman. The white woman was great and treated us with respect while the black one rolled her eyes at us plenty of times, kept pausing her sentences to show her frustration, giving us bad looks. My brother already had trouble communicating so when you have someone being rude and giving you bad vibes and looks only makes it worse. Just terrible .

Wow! Red Velvet Cake to die for! Also Chocolate Peanut Butter was delicious! Would definitely go back.

My fiancé recently visited this location, and she had a terrible experience. For whatever reason, the three younger employees purposefully ignored my fiancé who was trying to order. They took orders from people who were behind in line. My fiancé finally spoke up and when she did, the one employee was irritated that she was simply doing her job. Completely unacceptable behavior.

Awesome experience from both owners! They were so friendly! My 17yr old son said 10/10 on best ice cream he’s had!

Chris was the nicest person ever

We stopped here for a cold, sweet treat after walking around Rosemary Beach and WOW. Honestly the best sorbet I have ever had!! I got a small of the homemade raspberry and homemade limoncello and it was simply AMAZING. All of the ice creams and sorbets are made in house and it shows! Totally worth the price in my opinion for the quality that you receive. Chris and Debra were helping us the day we were there and they were both very friendly and made our short time there enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing ice cream and the owners were just the best!! They saved our lives when our AC went out and we needed to cool down a little bit!! 12/10 HIGHLY recommend the Lemoncello!!

I got a small ice cream with one mix in, and my son got a kids cup with one mix it. Our total was $17. I’m sure that was wrong. But on top of that, my cup wasn’t even filled up in a small cup. It could have easily fit in a kids cup. So basically we paid $17 for 2 scoops of ice cream?? That makes no sense.

Awesome ice cream prepared by a lil guy. People need to that when you leave a digital tip. I was informed some employees don't share them. They take them all. So cash tip the person who prepares your ice cream ?.
