One of the most underwhelming meals after all the hype we had heard. The service was subpar as our server did not refill our drinks one time until the end of the meal after we had to ask him. We also had to wait almost 10 minutes from when the first part of our meal was delivered until the last perfusion in our party finally got there food. Now when it comes to the food, it is not only nothing the write home about, it is something to tell others to stay away from. Food was overcooked and way under seasoned. Then my son's Nashville hot Mac and cheese (which by the way had ZERO sauce. It was just dry nuggets sitting on macaroni) was cold. Since our server was absent for our whole meal, he just had to eat it. Another of our party had a burger and said it tasted burnt and had zero flavor. There are some many other places to eat on 30A, go elsewhere.

A chill place with great vibes and fantastic food! The host who sat us was a walking cup of coffee. Our server was sweet and attentive without being overwhelming, we like to take our time. The food was a DELIGHT to taste, fresh and tasty. We loved every bite and the iced tea was refreshingly delicious.

Went here for dinner on a busy Memorial Weekend. Our server, David, was fantastic. I had the red fish with parmesan grits and my husband had a smash burger with steak fries. Food was excellent, service was fast and attentive, the restaurant was very clean, AC felt so refreshing. We will be back!

Ordered fish and chips and it was the worst fish and chips I've ever had. The fish was very dry and chewy, the fries were soggy and overly salty. They tasted like microwaved left overs from the day before. Will never return here or recommend to anyone. Also they brought me a cup of water which was dirty and had some white stuff on it, gross. One of the waiters was sitting outside petting a customer's dogs for 10 minutes and then went back inside to serve food. Disgusting.

Came for lunch. We all had fish and chips, and the fish was ok. The fries were super salty. The outdoor area allows dogs. Saw an employee pet a dog, and then she went to service food. Would not recommend this place and won't return.

Went to have lunch, was greeted by David as we came in, he was also our server. Been in Rosemary for a week now and David was by far the best host we’ve had thus far. The food was amazing. Highly recommend, and definitely ask for David. We were dining with our 5 kids and a small dog, he was great with the kids and even brought our dog water when he brought out our drinks!

Absolutely the Best! We were in the area for a week, and our meal and time at Idyll Hound Proper was by far #1! Our server, Dave, was helpful, entertaining and attentive; he went the extra mile to make sure our meal and experience were excellent. As for the food, we could only eat so much in one visit, and everything we ate was delicious! Highly recommend the fish and chips. And the drinks. And, of course, the cheesecake!

I ordered a Moscow mule cocktail, the bartender said they make it “their way”, I trusted that it would be similar if not quite the original recipe, it was basically a cup of ice with water and a mint leaf in it. The worst drink I have ever tasted! I went back to the bar and told them the cocktail was unacceptable. A different bartender snipped back tell me what you want, after which I asked for a different cocktail on their list. The bartender walked away and had me wait and wait and then gave me a PLASTIC CUP with a third of some purple syrup without ice. Just a thick syrup. I left it there disgusted by the arrogance and obvious spiteful behavior. How sad that customers are no longer valued. This restaurant should be ashamed of taking advantage of people this way.

Food has been amazing every time! Also wanted to give a shout out to David our server. We had left a bag of clothes we just bought at our table, and when I realized and went back to get it shortly after, he was walking around down the streets to try and find us! I so appreciated him taking a moment from his busy shift to make sure we got our belongings. We will be back!
