I guess it all depends upon who it is.That happens to be working. My very first time and only time in there.I walked in and had to sit for ten minutes while the lady was not behind the bar.And then when she did come back, she completely ignored me, walked over to a customer who had been there.And refilled them before even asking me what I wanted. It wasn't a very friendly welcome and it was actually kind of rude. Another woman came out from the back and took over the bar and she was way more proficient. The drink prices are good.The glasses were clean and the bar itself seemed to be in good shape and clean as well. Definitely, would have gotten higher marks.Had I not encountered the first woman and was treated the way I was as a new customer.

Being a single lady I wanted to go somewhere and feel safe and you know and have a good time. I really enjoyed myself first time a long time that I got out in the unit did the staying home and wanting to go out but the Devon changes were great they definitely you feel safe and made. Damn good drinks and so I suggest that to any lady that sitting home want something to do and Martin to get out here so great music and meats a great people to come on down to Caesars and check it out

Putnam county’s trashiest! How is it someone gets jumped at your establishment? Don’t have a manager? A owner? Security? That is supposed to see when people get drunk and out of line and make sure things don’t go south? Or do we let it happen for entertainment? This is a trashy place! Drink at home, drink anywhere else. Place is a riot, and not in a good way.
