I never leave reviews on anything but this place seriously needs to just get shut down. It’s McDonald’s it’s fast food I don’t expect a 5 star restaurant but the food actually sucks. I’ve lived in this town my whole life and this place just gets worse and worse. I genuinely don’t understand how it hasn’t been fixed at this point. Obviously whoever is head of this place just does not care. I sat in line at the order spot for 15 minutes while orders were being taken in the other drive through, first time even going back there in months because it’s always a long wait and the food isn’t worth it. it’s genuinely just a waste of time. Please shut this place down.

Don't go in, you won't even be acknowledged let alone served. Consistently it takes 10x longer to get food if at all when you go in. Nothing to do with how busy they are they just simply refuse to take orders and get your food if you go in. I've tried half a dozen times over the last 6 months. If you want your food just go through the drive through. They also don't do special customizations to orders at this location. Ask for anything to be different than how it comes you won't get what you order no mayo, you get mayo. Ask for extra pickle, you get 1 pickle. Say you add cheese, nope you're not getting it. Seriously

○Location needs improvement ○Come here early if you have a timed schedule, give 20- 30 MINS. ○ Employees probably aren't making 40 hrs a week so why move fast, big companies need to give their employees 40 HRS at the least! Stop screwing small town workers..McDonald's, Circle K's, Subway's food chains. ○Employees do the best they can with what they are provided.

Food is fine most of the time. Placed my order at 10:09 and didn't receive it until 10:29. If this was one time it really wouldn't be a big deal. But it happens EVERY TIME. Was told to pull forward and just sat there. When my food was run out to me it was cold. I was forgotten about. Again not the first time. Also watched 10 or so other customers parked and drive though get served before me. Something needs to be done about customer priority.

Came in and ordered two meals at the kiosk and had to ask for my drinks and wait and extra 6 minutes for my strawberry shake
Took 15 mins to get through the drive thru then my coffee was cold and the car in front of me couldn't move because one of the workers was blocking the road talking to somebody else
