Update to review.
Ordered inter- omelet and a coffee.
My problem is I paid 25$ with a 10% tip.
My co worker got a two egg sandwich and a coffee it was 14$

I asked what the veggies were and was not told mush. I really don't like mushrooms.
But I ate the omelette anyway.

The waitress was wonderful. Food was ok. menus on here say 6-9 and now I think 14 $ for omelet

Food is always delicious but the prices have become outrageous, $8.75 for a breakfast sandwich? $4 for a large tea? I can buy a gallon for $6 I like to eat at local places but it is becoming way too expensive...Just my most humble opinion

Stopped for breakfast because the reviews looked promising. Got an “Interlachen omelette” with 3 meats, veggies, potatoes and gravy. It was $15 and comes with either biscuit or toast AND hash browns or home fries. It was great and filling.

The other meal we got was a specialty “hurricane burger” with grilled onions and 3 fried pickle chips and came with a choice of potatoes. It tasted great but was VERY small for the price ($14). Would not have gotten the burger had we known how small it was. Was still hungry afterwards.

The sub total for our meal including a cup of coffee ($2.75) came to $34.90 and then we added a $5.24 tip bringing it to $40.14. We didn’t feel the specialty burger was worth the value but would try this place again because the service was great, the food is tasty and the other diners were friendly and talkative giving it the classic, good ol’ country feel.

The food is ok. It's not bad it's not great it's ok. The place and Decor is old. The prices have become unaffordable for most people. If you can grab a steak at Longhorn for around the same price as lunch at Nana's I go to longhorn now. The servers are very kind as well as the owners/managers. When I've been there I've had to ask for refills on tea because the server is there is only one who is trying to get their side work done. They want to get out as soon as they can. I was embarrassed the last time I went because it had been awhile and the prices were so high I couldn't leave as much of a tip as I normally would. I was only able to leave $3.00 per person which was about 10 percent of our bill. I normally tip around 25 percent.

A good little place to grab breakfast or lunch. Sometimes they get a little crowded but will still try to keep your cup full. The dining area is small but kept clean even during high tide…
