This is my local subway, and I have to say something needs to be done. I usually like to order on the app. However, there is always a problem. Recently, I ordered in person. There was a lady who has been there for quite some time now and she is not friendly anymore. She is always rude and makes me feel like I'm a bother. She was not always like this, she used to be great. She is always there and has been a loyal employee for years now. I don't know what has happened to her. Maybe she is burnt out and needs a vacation. Which I can understand, Im not trying to get anyone in trouble, rather bring to light that this location needs some attention.The sandwiches have not been made correctly. When I order, I would like my sandwiches they way they are ordered. Besides that do they ever clean their fountain drink machine?? When is the last time it was cleaned???

To hear another worker tell the other worker that it's his problem to catch up on orders and that he is doing dishes is bullcrap. George was very rude to the other worker. I will be getting in contact with corporate and store manager. I ordered my food almost an hour ago and it was not even ready when I walked in. This location needs to step it up. I have been in charge of 2 subways and made sure customers come first.

So usually don't have too many issues with this subway, don't really come here very often. With that being said tonight was a particular experience that really soured this shop for me. You have an individual working there that feels it is ok to berate and talk down to their coworker. Their name is George and he was being atrocious towards Yezmin the coworker. Constantly telling her to go faster and hurry it up already, then apologized to me for her as she is clearly helping check out customers. When it came time to make my sandwich it was awful on his side. I ordered a meatball marinara on Italian herbs and cheese. Bread was hastily cut causing a tear in part of it, he then just popped meatballs on the bread getting sauce all over the Outside of the bread, then just throws the cheese on. Yezmin put my veggies and sauces on with care and tried her best to fold and cut the sandwich. As she was doing that he starts saying how bad the sandwich looks and that she needs to learn to make a meatball. It was all his fault, everything that looked wrong with the sandwich was all on him. No footlong pretzels prepared for the dinner rush??? Or cookies or churros from what I saw. What's going on here... George needs to learn what's appropriate at work and how to speak to his coworkers. Plus show some care in your craft... It's your job and we are paying for our food and expect a level of professionalism even from a Subway....
Update upon attempting to eat the mess of a sandwich. Because there was marinara all over the outside and beside one half was nearly torn in half, plus the meatballs were placed in the seam of the sandwich not on one side. It's just a mess and I'm rather disappointed with the one called George. Such a poor attitude and no care for what you are making.
The 3* for service is for Yezmin trying to fix George's mistake on the sandwich. No one should be talked down to like that, behind closed doors or in full view of customers, it's never appropriate and makes your store look really bad.

Absolutely the worst subway I’ve been to. Second time I’ve ordered from here and they messed it up again. Placed a mobile order for this. You pay $2-3 extra for sandwiches with bacon and they won’t put your bacon on the sandwich. All of my sandwiches have veggies mixed up and my kids won’t eat the sandwiches y’all messed up and put my veggies on. I had a 30 minute drive home and didn’t realize until I got home. Which then is not worth driving back for, but still absolutely unacceptable that this is the second time I paid for a sandwich with bacon and didn’t get any bacon on any of the sandwiches, as well as I barely have any chicken on it, that it doesn’t even cover the bread. You guys are stealing money from the customers and you will go down for this.

They switched to paper bags instead of plastic, so the oil in the sandwich weakened the bag and slipped out onto the sand, completely ruined. They are ending the glass counter policy... you can no longer see your sandwich being made. The half I held onto was decent, but... certainly overpriced.

Only complaint I have is personal hygiene of employees such as appearance especially in food establishments. Also bring in the specials that the other stores have like daily sandwich meal special such item I drive 50 min out they way just to get specials other subway

This subway is inside a circle k, and it's mostly for takeout but they do have a few tables if you want to eat there. If you do decide to eat there, it can be entertaining watching the characters that visit the place. Have a sandwich and maybe a laugh or two.
