I have be coming to this place for years, but I have a different kind of review. On Sunday I got distracted talking with a middle school friend and left my wallet on the counter. I didn't even realize it at the time. I got a FB and Insta message not even 2 hrs later saying that they have my wallet and I can come get it. I just want to give a huge shout out to the entire staff on Sunday 9/28/25. Especially Saby P. who reached out to me with the good news. Thank you again!! Honesty and Integrity these days are hard to find! My faith in humanity is restored thanks to the employee's at the Jax Bch location! Keep up the amazing work!

Bagels are great… if you like them with roaches, hair, and mold. Staff work their butts off while management (Abhi & Steven) only care about cash and 5-star reviews. Save yourself — go to San Jose or Beachwalk instead. 🪳💸 #BagelMotel

i came in Sunday and got a bacon egg and cheese bronx, service was quick and i got my food under 10 min while the inside was packed, only downside it was way too hot in the inside to even sit and eat… i walked past there thermostat in the lobby and it said 80… and was set on 74… not sure how safe that is for there cream cheese containers that are opened on top of a cooler that everyone can see and how the staff can work in that heat hopefully it will be fixed, its been hot and even hotter for the past few months ive been coming in.

Nice and friendly environment, everyone greets you by name. The tuna melt at this location is everything! My combination is open-face, with provolone cheese and onions on both sides, and don't forget to scoop out the bread. YUM! 😋

I arrived and 9:05 am and the bagel selection was limited - I guess you have to get there early. I wanted to order a bagel with lox, but it was $12.99 which was twice the price I expected. Instead, I ordered a toasted salt bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was only slightly toasted. Next time I will order the bagel to be toasted darker. The folks behind the counter seemed tired. Overall, the bagel was good and the preparation time was quick.

The food was excellent but the place was dirty. The soda station was rusting and coffee dispenser were dirty.

From my ratings it is obvious that I truly enjoy the neighborhood flavor of Bagels r Us and always look forward to going there. Today I was bummed out because at 8:45 they were already sold out of most varieties.

With the cost of doing business which includes rent, labor, insurance, etc the cheapest expense is the actual bagel. Why not prepare more for weekend business?

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a poppy seed bagel, and it was absolutely delicious crispy bacon, and a fresh, chewy bagel that tied it all together. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving a fantastic breakfast bagels and great service!

The staff is amazing the food was great but it was very hot like they had no a.c. so I left after getting my order since it was really hot in there.

Lenin is one of the best cooks around! The eggs are cooked just perfect to perfect, bacon is just right crispy. It’s alw@ys as good as it gets when he is in the kitchen!😀👍😀👍😀👍

Went here for the first time and wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with nearly everything. The staff? Super friendly and understanding. When I asked for a recommendation they said to go with the bacon egg and cheese. It was a little busy but despite that I got my order relatively quick, and the sandwich itself was really good too. Would come back again.

He had the Steak, egg, and cheese, with plain cream cheese on a blueberry bagel and then I got the sausage, egg, cheese, with the herb cream cheese on a garlic bagel!

This place is hopping. Maybe grumpy and rude people are just attracted to grumpy and rude people. I go here often because the Missus likes bagels but the staff here is rude, pushy, and just downright unfriendly. The bagels seem so so to me and would never eat bagels if it weren’t for the Missus. The place could be cleaner too. But they seem to be doing well so maybe what I think is unimportant.
