We were there from out of town and thought to have dinner. We had shirmp basket, calamary and philly chessesteak tacos. Food was way too salty. We couldn’t finish even half of the food! It was tasteless. Only thing good was fries and mashed potatoes.

Server was no where to be found. My water was finished but I couldn’t get more. When finally it was time for a check, somebody came. Then we complained but I don’t think he even cared. Not even an apology.

Totally ruined our Jax trip. Save your time and money and look for food somewhere else.

Absolutely loved this place!! The service was excellent, Haley was our server, but a couple others even checked with us during our meal. The food was delicious, great flavor and the fries were so yummy. Lots of TVs and fun atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Stopped here for a few drinks and to watch football! It was packed! But they have so many TVs that you can watch the games from anywhere. $5 cover but it includes a beer!

We chose Brix Taphouse for a celebration of life and everyone on the staff was so welcoming and hospitable. Luke was very helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to the day, and was hands-on working alongside other staff on the day of. We had a buffet style taco bar with sliders and rice and drinks all around. Everything was wonderful and very reasonably priced- especially with happy hour. I believe our servers were Abbie and Hunter if I heard correctly, and Zy behind the bar and I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks for everything!

Very unprofessional couldn’t even enjoy my time because of the situation that happened, I was only able to enjoy 1 drink with my family and then I wanted nothing to do with Brix or want anything to do with brix ever again

I’ve lived in the beaches area since 1997 and this place has always been my “go to”. They can be at max capacity and when you order foor it still comes out in less then 5 minutes. Always good service and the best bar food at the beach in my opinion. There is no beating their $13.99 Friday steak night. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Worst experience of my life I was out with family and close family friends having a good time until
One of our close family friends “lost” his card

He gave his card to the bartender to leave a tab open, they held onto his card

He left the brix to go to a different bar realize he didn’t have his card. Returned to brix to talk to the manager and the manager said we don’t hold onto cards here.

My other friend and the guy whose card we needed to get back, tried their best to respectfully explain the situation the lady manager I think Kelly was respectful

All other managers just argued with them, no help at all. I work in restaurants I’m telling all my co workers and my friends that are managers at restaurants to never go to brix ever ! My manager friends are 100% telling their whole staff about this! If you want to get argued with,borderline jumped, deal with unprofessionalism, and be lied to your face go to brix

Went out with family trying to have a good time the long curly hair guy with black hair (Caucasian) vividly looked like he was going to fist fight my relative and the managers ALL managers were no help at all horrible establishment, I can’t believe you guys let your staff behave this way
I had 6 people arguing with my relative when we were out on a family dinner trying to have a good time.
As a manager you let your other managers and your waiting staff behave like that ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

First and foremost, I have supervisor and manager experience. My experience at this establishment was very unprofessional. My little brother lost his debit card here. He was being a little bit rude but instead of deescalating the situation they just escalated it some more. If any of my main mangers saw me act as the brix employees acted today, my main managers would chew me out. Even if a rude customer is being rude as a manager you are suppose de-escalate the situation and say yes sir and no sir at least that is what I was taught my managers hold me to an example of absolute professional and that is not what I was shown at my time at brix. My little brother paid for 2 drinks left his card because he wanted more drinks didn’t realize came back and they told us “no we don’t do that card holding stuff here” my little brother got upset because he vividly remembered leaving his card there. The staff kept trying to argue with my lil brother that was already super drunk I kept trying to de escalate the situation they wouldn’t listen to me, until I had to act out of character which is something I never do and only resort to when I absolutely have to. I then apologized and told them they had no professionalism, because if I were in there shoes an acted the way they did my manger would make sure I had the worst night imaginable that’s about un acceptable. I will be calling in the morning to as for my little brother debit card, I will take this down immediately if you guys help me resolve this situation other then that it’s staying up, I sincerely apologize but you guys had your whole staff trying to fight my little brother while I asking very nicely for yall to stop repeatedly , I begged yall to stop talking to him and yall wouldn’t listen to me. My old manager would’ve sent me home and punished me for accordingly for acting as yall did today 10000% completely unacceptable and very unprofessional to deal with a customer that way. As a manager at 2 different establishments this would not fly with my higher ups at all and I hope you guys can fix the way yall do things we are 10000% never coming back at all. If this is the way yall choose to run a company that is on yall. There should be a certain professionalism when every dealing with rude customers ( I was literally begging them to stop talking to him and let me talk) & they would not listen
Now we are down a debit card and I have to help my brother fix everything this completely ruined our night
