For a food truck, the food at Santorini exceeded all my expectations! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and my platter clearly used premium ingredients. Habibi is the best! This food truck is awesome—the vibe is great, and the food is even better. OMG, this is what Jax Beach has been waiting for, and it's finally here! I wish I had discovered them earlier. I eat here 2-3 times a week, and the food is perfect every single time. The portions are generous, the gyros are always fresh, and the hummus and tzatziki are homemade from scratch. This is by far the best food truck around. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates Mediterranean food!

I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Nasty setting, nasty smell, nasty looking especially the owner. His hair looks like a rat’s nest tonight and now gloves or hair nets were used when I approached the truck. I would NEVER EVER EVER EAT HERE OR EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE INCLUDING DRUNK PEOPLE
