For a food truck, the food at Santorini exceeded all my expectations! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and my platter clearly used premium ingredients. The owner definitely knows both customer service and how to craft amazing food. Highly recommend stopping by if you want a delicious, quality meal on the go!

I’m a Greek visiting from NY and came to this spot for a late night bite and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself. Food was authentic as I know it. The tzatziki was perfectly balanced. Definitely a must go to.

Habibi is the best! This food truck is awesome—the vibe is great, and the food is even better. OMG, this is what Jax Beach has been waiting for, and it's finally here! I wish I had discovered them earlier. I eat here 2-3 times a week, and the food is perfect every single time. The portions are generous, the gyros are always fresh, and the hummus and tzatziki are homemade from scratch. This is by far the best food truck around. I definitely recommend this place to anyone...
