Absolute GARBAGE service- the “Manager” Nyra was yelling at other customers as i walked in to get a Ultimate Fry that we ordered at drive thru and she snapped at me - THEN - we got a regular cheese fry :/
Boyfriend took it back in to get a refund at that point and she continued to berate him as well 👎👎 GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Sour tea.. missing food.. My gf had to go in and get a replacement lg cheesey ranch fry from the drive thru that they missed. The manager Nayra was already yelling at customers after not being at the register to take orders. Then snapped at my gf before handing her a small cheese fry that would make gas station food look like a 5 star dining experience. Bf then proceeded to take order back inside for a refund and Nayra gave nothing but attitude before finally issuing a refund. Go anywhere but here.

Very unprofessional

Good food. This is the first time I've been in a brick and mortar location. Was genuinely impressed. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Found it strange that the bathroom was locked but then i had to realize this was the beaches.

Went through the drive through got fries a sandwich and mozz sticks.. please tell me how you forget a large fries?? And then wouldnt even fix the issue. This place is going down hill and FAST. Last time ill be back especially after spending 25$ for a sandwich and fries I DIDNT GET. Rude staff and overprices dog food. What happened to you charleys??

If I could give no stars I would me and two other guest stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before one of the guest hollered hello some guy who barely spoke English came from the back and said girl left we no take you order as they watched us the whole time stand there they could of took our order it’s about 100 degrees outside all we wanted was a drink why couldn’t they take our order if they work there I would like to speak to someone in charge of this establishment because this is not the first time this happen sure the owner wouldn’t be please with loosing out on money

Food is not bed but it seems that it depends on the day and who is working. We've been here several times and both the food and service are inconsistent. One day 5 star and the next a 2. I have written it off but the wife still like one item so I go with her cuz if I don't you know it is hell at home.

Really good cheesecake but the cheese was a little fake tasting. The girl at the counter was super helpful and adorable. I would definitely go back. Probably try the wings next time.
