There is no way to request no mayo, etc?

Today was a very long wait, I never got my order, stood in the restaurant for 50 minutes. The restaurant was empty, and the employee was letting single customers go and asked me to wait and wait, it's terrible and creepy! I don't know how I offended this employee that he mocked me like that.

I ordered the Philly cheesecake with fries and 4 boneless teriyaki wings. Omg the food was absolutely amazing and the girl that took my order was also amazing. Very upbeat and welcoming and of course very frie

I ordered the jalapeno bacon BBQ cheese steak sandwich,it was over sauced with sweet BBQ sauce no jalapenos in my sandwich at all ,will not be going back to spend my money.The south needs to catch up if they want to call that sandwich in any form a cheese steak over,just over complicate something so simple.

Went to the Jacksonville Beach store today, ordered a large cheesesteak combo with large fries and large drink, the cheesesteak had hardly any vegetables at all. The meat was very dry. If you want to call that meat and the fries appeared to be very few it could be what you’re calling a large, I would not call it a large, I would call it a regular order, although the sweet tea was delicious. Not at all the value I expected

$13.79 for a combo meal,$2.79 for the fries, $2.49 for a drink,$.60 for ranch how is this a combo if you have to pay for everything separately $21.15 for 10 wing meal and I didn't get the ranch I had to pay extra for. And the biggest problem and why I will never go back, the chicken was old and hard, simply disgusting.

The restaurant supposed to close at 10:00 they start shutting down at 9:00. Good food but it's run by a bunch of children.

My sandwich literally fell apart, the bread just crumbled into nothing, the pepperoni was burnt and tasted more like bacon than Italian... The front cashier was nice and the store was clean, it wasn't busy at all due to Oktoberfest and the Buddy Walk.

Been here a few times over the last few yrs nothing special about this location portions actually seem smaller than another local Charley's this will be my last time here I was the only customer there and when I got home they gave me a chicken instead of the steak I ordered and now the c.c. machine ask for a tip very annoying for a fast food place the Charley's in the mall is wayyyyy better

Arrived at 8:32pm order wasn’t completed until 9:15.

Unfortunately I don’t event want to give 1 star, but we have to.
In order 3 sandwiches. They literally got all three sandwiches wrong. Mayo on the one I asked specifically no Mayo for, and they put no Mayo on the one that was supposed to have it. I got not Buffalo , instead they gave some pineapple stuff and we were missing a fry. We live in st augustine so this is a huge inconvenience otherwise I would have gone back in person , and we shouldn’t have to double check the order before leaving the drive thru to make sure the workers are actually doing their jobs correctly. Oh, Why is there no one answering the phones? I’ve called a few times and it goes to voicemail…If you’re gonna participate with inflation you better participate in quality customer service to suffice the cost. So sad, so disappointed. What a waste of money

Professional service, clean store, and the 6 piece teriyaki chicken with a Coke was almost $15 but my God was the food beautiful and taste is good as it looked. Very nice and friendly staff. Made me feel good. I recommend their store to anyone who loves great service and great food add a great location. Gon 'head na Charlie ???❤️??

Kid-friendliness: Definitely an environment I'd take my children to eat!☺️
