Chick-fil-A

I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A and have always appreciated their friendly service and fast food, but unfortunately, my recent experience was far from pleasant on 04/27/2025. After visiting this location with my boyfriend, we both ended up with an extreme case of food poisoning. Today is now Saturday and we are slowly starting to get back to a semi-normal feeling. Thankfully, the extreme vomiting has subsided but some symptoms haven’t gone away just yet. While the staff was, as always, courteous and efficient, we were left quite unwell after eating. I really wanted to love this visit, but sadly, it just didn’t go as expected. I’m hoping this is just an isolated incident and will not affect future visits, but this one was definitely a disappointing experience.

I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A! The customer service was outstanding; the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I ordered the grilled nuggets, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

I just wanted to get on here to share a little story. I love chick fila. I eat at the marsh landing location quite a bit. Is it perfect? No but it's the best one in my opinion. The thing that makes this location different is the employees. Specifically the lady that worked the front counter the last two times I came in. She's a blessing! Don't want to share too many details for personal reasons but she made sure if there was anything wrong they got it right. The following order after the mishap was phenomenal! She's truly one of those people that makes your day and restores your faith in humanity. Thank you sweet chick fila lady!!! She deserves a raise! (I'm horrible and was flustered so didn't catch her name)

We went to the Marsh Landing restaurant in Jax Beach for breakfast. We were having trouble ordering off the app with my points. Mia at the register helped us place our order. She was very patient and caring. Mia is an awesome employee and we let her manager know too. Her manager was very friendly and professional.

A few years ago there was an employee here named Sierra a cashier who took the sauce cup (I don’t believe they use these anymore) with water in it and threw it at me which I’ll never forget (quick context..old school bully who took the bullying to work even when I wasn’t in school with her anymore after I ordered and paid) That however was a few years ago and she seems to be long gone. This location has completely turned itself around tho so 5 stars.

I have been telling my mom that the magic of Chik-fil-A is the quality of the service, combined with tasty, hot food. Today this location brought its A game! My mom was blown away with the grilled chicken sandwich and the kale side salad. Then Kim came over to refill our drinks and ask how our meal was. Kim went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and my Mom can’t wait to go back! Service, quality and cleanliness were all on point. The Marsh Landing Location remains my favorite one in Jax. Thank you!
