There were no bottoms for bowls, I got my 2 bowls served on the lids covered with foil. They were out of cheese, hardly any sour cream and I also got some guac with was filled only 3 quarters of the way, I had to tell the guy to put more. He was goinf to pack both bowls one on top of the other with no lids, I had to ask for separate bags. The associated didn't seem to care much about anything and no enthusiasm whatsoever. Chipotle is not what it used to. And the counters were cover in spilled food.

Worst wait ever. You leave a to go employee all by herself and make customers wait over 30 minutes for their order to be made and all you do is leave her to suffer and drown because someone is on break. Meanwhile over 50 customers coming through the door to eat there to take out get served faster. Don't go here until they fix their service issue

This used to be a solid chipotle location but all the employees are wack now, food sucks and they are super slow and unclean

I came to get a bowl quickly. There was no one at the counter when I came in. When they finished talking in the back (doing nothing) the girl that came out touched her face until putting on gloves, did not wash her hands before putting on gloves, and sneezed in the middle of making my bowl. Witnessing that made me so sick to my stomach I didn’t even eat it.
This experience made me write the review, but I was already starting to feel it was necessary because of the food. As a former grill cook at one of the busiest chipotle’s in the nation, I know for a FACT the food in this chipotle is not made as the company teaches you to make it. The rice is clumpy, which is an indicator of no oil and likely isn’t mixed correctly, there’s no guests in the store, yet all the meat is empty besides chicken, they had no mild salsa (pico de gallo), and because of the actions of the employee, I’m not even eating my food. I will never return here. Shame on these workers. Chipotle, get out here and fix this. Yesterday

This location should be closed down. I am a chipotle addict but new to the area. I just ordered today and the meat and rice couldn’t have been more old and stale. I usually order for delivery so I know they don’t care about that, but don’t worry, if you go inside it’s filthy and they are rude so they don’t care if you’re actually there either! They mess up every single order. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances but thank god Neptune beach opened a new location so I never have to come back here again.

Reference to the picture; I placed a delivery order and I like the vinaigrette on my salads, and always get two since I eat it for two days! I called and politely asked if they could add one to my order since it’s not an option on the app. I received a bag with toilet paper in it and a rude note. Oh and of course no vinaigrette, not even the one that comes with the salad automatically. Laughing when I called about it. It mind boggles me how they’re still open.

I’ve never seen a staff that hates their job and their customers more. The manager of this location should be embarrassed for allowing it

One of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve been to. Slow staff - guy couldn’t a wrap a burrito.. half the ingredients were empty & they just told us pick something else.. disturbing really

Customer service looks different.
The staff without motivation. Didn't even want to serve us. Everything was empty or almost empty. When we asked if there were any vegetables left, the only answer was no - nothing else.
We then left the restaurant (4 people at 2 p.m.)

Just brought our food home (only 2 mins away) and the rice was hard, the quesadilla was greasy & 85% tortilla, the chips were stale and almost tasted wet (?), the bowl had one huge lettuce leaf and barely anything else on it, they forgot the sauce. This isn’t the first time either. Chipotle used to be so good but any time we’ve gotten from this location, it’s been bad :/ and it’s not very easy to get a refund either. Not thrilled.

Ever since there have been new workers the food is absolutely horrible. I live 2 minutes from this chipotle and I am not coming here again. The rice is hard, guac is brown, beans were cold. Just a waste of $ bc I can’t even eat my bowl.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Chipotle was filthy. The floors were sticky, tables hadn’t been wiped down, and the trash was overflowing. To make it worse, they were completely out of lettuce and cheese—how do you run out of two basic toppings at a burrito place?? The whole place just felt neglected and poorly managed. Definitely not coming back to this location.
