Nice little spot to sit outside but this was the most tasteless ice cream we’ve ever had and the cookies were trash. Hard and did not taste right.Reply: I definitely came by for the first time today. Probably the only few black people ya seen today. But it’s clearly your regular product you serve daily so I wouldn’t have asked for a refund, just take my loss. I’m not competition on the block lol. I can tell it’s homemade, it’s like it wasn’t churned all the way and yall stopped midway that it was like shaved ice that wanted to be creamy ice cream but it was a weird texture, not ice cream. And once again lacked ALL flavor. The cookie was hard and when I could bite into it, it was powdery and tasted just like flour mostly. I’m not trying to be mean I don’t write reviews but that’s how bad my $14.53 was. You saying it’s just ice cream and cookies like it shouldn’t matter if it taste good tells me everything I need to know. You just wanna make money and hope people support because you are a small business. That’s the problem with yall owners, don’t care about the product and think we should eat anything because you are “small.” But your simple ice cream and cookies were by far the worst I’ve ever had.

I ordered the butter scotch ( Jane addiction ) it tasted more like coffee than butterscotch . The cookie was too chewy . Didn’t like it at all … :(

This little place is a hidden gem and I LOVE IT! I always look forward to coming here when we are on vacation in JAX. the cookies are addicting and you cannot have just one! Try all the flavors- so good! Only wish I would have gone back to try the homemade ice cream!!! Highly recommend!

Everything made with love. The couple that owns this place are incredible. People who have dedicated their lives to make the tastiest cookies and ice cream I’ve ever had in my life.I mean, we’re talking competing with the best gelato in Italy . This stuff is no joke. I work out five days a week so that I can have these cookies and ice cream it’s worth every minute.
This is an interesting place, the back of a gas station. We stopped here on a Saturday evening and waited over 15 minutes to get our ice cream. The cookies had a very “chemical” taste and the ice cream was just ok. I wouldn’t choose another desert option next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Very glad to see they had dairy free options!! I tried the “Huey Lewis and the news” which was a vanilla ice cream with peanut butter and chocolate sauce. It was very rich and extremely sweet! Almost like icing. I also tried the vegan/gf cookie which was super soft. I’d love a crunchier option to go with the ice cream!

When I have a sweet tooth, CNC is the best to go!!Best shakes (Wednesday nights only) my go to is Def leopard with a butter finger cookie, but on shake night you can make any creation your little heart can think of with their available flavors and toppings. It can get crowded, but it's worth the wait. Even on freezing nights there seems to be a line. It's that good to make people stand outside in the cold for ice cream! No indoor seating but plenty of chairs and tables. Many yard games while you wait, perfect space for kids to play while you wait.Jen and Ray are two of the nicest people. They remember you and treat you like family.

Best cookies in JB. The owners are absolutely sweet and make us feel like family. Everyone takes their time to explain to us abt the flavors and how everything works. Sundays are Nutella days and it's my favorite. You need to check them out.
