We went for my daughters birthday. I had seen the commercials and it looked good, and my daughter loves crab cakes. At our reservation time, 6 pm, we were the only patrons there. Our waiter was great, friendly. I had the seafood trio. The food was delicious, but there was not very much of it, and barely any sauce. There was more total content to the side of garlic mashed potatoes than there was to the total amount of seafood. My daughter and husband both had steaks, which they both agreed tasted like they came off of a long standing buffet table. My daughter did the add on of a jumbo crabcake and she did enjoy that, but it was not jumbo, it was the same small size you get elsewhere. It did take about 45 minutes for of food to come to the table, which was very surprising considering we were the only people there.

This place was terrible. I really wanted to love this place as I did when they were here the first time. I was so excited to try them again. But no such luck. food is incredibly over priced and bland. The service was however very good. I went for my birthday. Worstbirthday dinner ever. I got what looked like a child's plate. I think it was called the seafood trio with 4 shrimp, 4 scallops, and a baby sized crab cake, a hand full of fries and veggies for around $42. I had to ask for the sauce that comes on top of the crabcake. The shrimp was just ok. Box quality at best. The scallops were baby size also, and were just ok. The crab cake was terrible. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I couldn't finish eating it. My friend got crab legs that were over cooked. The bill for two people was over $100 just to leave hungry. Left there and stopped at Burger King. I love, love seafood, but this was not it.

It was ok at best. My dad wanted to go here for his birthday brunch, so we obliged. Overall, I unfortunately would NOT go back. The food + atmosphere was not worth the price we paid.Pros:- Everyone was so nice and accommodating- Bathrooms were clean- Grilled Salmon- Crab BucketCons:- PRICES!!!!!!!!! The prices are WAY too high for what you get. For 3 adults, a teenager, a 6 yo, AND a CRABCAKE, I paid around $210 (including their automatic $18 gratuity). I pay less at Copelands and enjoy their brunch better... ijs- Location - having to drive from the Northside to spend so much money and not feel like you got your money's worth is not a good feeling- Menu - Only the brunch is available on Sundays. You can't choose not to do the brunch or even order from the regular menu- I get it's an all you can eat buffet, but they should allow you to order from the menu or choose buffet OR crab bucket. I didn't care for most of the stuff on the buffet besides the grilled salmon and crab bucket.- You can only take crabcakes home - the crab bucket is not apart of the all you can eat buffet. You give them your ticket when you're ready for it. I was hoping to be able to take that home since it wasn't all you can eat and I was stuffed. Nope- I had to eat it before leaving, which caused us to stay longer and take up tables that could have been used, but OH!!! That wasn't a problem because there was hardly anyone there. THAT was, unfortunately, my first red flag!!- The Crabcake!!! Singular, not plural... had to be bought separately (we knew before going) but thought it would be 2-3 or 1 hefty Crabcake for $10 (they say it's $20 on the regular menu- insert blank stare). The palm of my hand was bigger than that Crabcake!!! I forgot to ask my dad (who is a retired chef) how it was. He was the only one that got one... we were already at $200. I didn't want to spend more money to be disappointed!!!

I went back and invited guest for the Sunday buffet. The mens bathroom was closed when I arrived. You had to use the combo rest room. Later in the dinner, the mens restroom was reopened, however it was nasty....had not been cleaned, floor, toilet....all repulsive. All of the food on the buffet line was cold, the fish was tough, the portions of shrimp were very small and it took forever to get some. The fresh made omelets were a saving grace, somewhat. Our server was awesome! The drinks and ability to watch the game was the best thing about the visit. This was not a good experience and not worth the price plus gratuity.

Natalie's HILARIOUS Critters!!

Been wanting to go to the Sunday brunch for years after seeing all those yummy commercials. Finally went, we weren't there 5 minutes before leaving. The price was sky rocket high and 18% gratuity automatically added which is ridiculous. The atmosphere was kinda dark and dingy and there was nobody there dining . All the food was covered and not labeled, the selection was small especially for that price..and none of the food was on heaters

We are from Maryland and are looking for a "real" Maryland crab cake in Florida. Well don't visit this place. The crab cake presented to us didn't even look like a Maryland crab cake. It had a few lump pieces but was mostly filler. We also ordered half dozen raw oysters. The waiter mistakenly thought we asked for a dozen so he adjusted the bill to reflect 6 tho we got 12. The oysters were pitiful! I've never had such awful oysters. They were the size of a pencil eraser and we even just received a shell and no oyster. I can't believe a restaurant would present an empty oyster shell! My husband ordered the bisque which he didn't finish, that should be a hint. I ordered the lemon dill salmon which I thought I read it came with a crab cake, it did not according to the waiter. So for $43 I got a sliver of a piece of salmon, 2 shrimp, rice and vegetables! No thanks never going back. One nice note - the waiter was pleasant, tho we had to ask him to remove the oyster plate.

Never again!! I was so excited this restaurant came back. Disappointing is all I can say. The crabcakes were horrible! How is the name Crabcake factory and the crabcakes $23 each, are horrible.... dry, no seasoning, just disgusting. The dirty rice tasted like cinnamon and dishwashing liquid and had no meat in it. The shrimp were the best thing on the plate and that is the only reason I gave this a 2. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time, smh. The server was nice though. Additionally, they are severely overpriced. I do not mind paying for good food and ambiance.... but if the food is horrible and portions aren't worth it, I just can't. Don't waste your money.

My husband and me dined in for dinner last night and our waiter Brian was very polite and professional. The food was great, especially the crabcakes. They're made with real crabmeat and not with a lot of fillers. You get only crabmeat. I ordered the seafood linguini, and my husband ordered the seafood broil trio which comes with shrimp, crabcake, scallops and two sides. When I asked my husband how was his food and he said his food was great. My mouth flew open and my eyes got big because he is a cook himself. He will complain about something not right with his food. Lol, he shocked me by saying his food was great. I agree with him, because my food was great, as well as the drink i ordered called Cameleon. It's a little on the sour side because it has lemon and lime juice in it, but it's a good alcohol drink. Please make your way to this place at your earliest convenience. You will not be disappointed. Great food and service...Jimmy was the cook and he did a great job. Way to go Jimmy!! Oh, I didn't get the bartenders name but he did a great job as well. Thank you guys for your great service.

First time there. Had brunch for $39. The food was not good. We had to wait because they didn't have the buffet ready. Not a good selection. The crab was tough and had no flavor. The only redeeming quality was that the waitresses were very attentive and super nice.

The brunch food was not worth the money, crab cake was extra in the buffet we went three persons and the total paid was $225.00 NEVER AGAIN too pricey for what they offer. Does not recommend. Advertising or social media prices does not change the truth that it is an extremely pricey and noisy place. Charges were made at the end never before. The fourth person did not have the buffet because did not feel well but they charge it anyway.

What a disappointment. Crab cakes beyond dry. Tasted like flour. The scallops were tiny...nothing else on my plate was memorable. The food took forever to come out. The server knew nothing about the food. There were four of us. No one was happy with their food. We ended up paying for another meal at a different restaurant. ??
