I got The Royale burger. It was delicious, the atmosphere was nice and the service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

after waiting 10 mins to finally sit down, I get a drink. waiting to place an order 10 mins later waitress finally shows up. place the order and here it is 2 other tables got sat after me. they have food and drinks and everything is good. why am I waiting 30 minutes for food when everyone else has there's? absolutely ridiculous

Cheese fries & ranch are life! Cruisers is and always will be one of our favorites, their food is great. Must haves are the cheese fries and marinated chicken (in the quesadilla is our favorite!)

Visited here a few days ago. Let me start off by saying the fried shrooms were some the best I've had anywhere. Now for the burgers, while everything seemed very fresh they were so over salted it almost was hard to eat. I don't know is the grill cook got over zealous with the seasoning or if that's how they are. I would suggest ordering your burgers light on the seasong.

We are from Palm Coast, and we visited Jacksonville Zoo. On the way home, we stopped here for lunch. It's our 2nd time visiting in 3 years. The food was awesome, and our waitress was great.

The restaurant had dirty tables and the bar was covered in dishes and trash and no one cleaned anything.

The food was mediocre at BEST. The service was ok but the atmosphere was horrible! The tables are sticky, the chairs are extremely uncomfortable, and the place was just boring overall. The tables outside were literally just concrete slabs and they were all dirty so we were sat inside at a booth with wooden benches that were so uncomfortable. They had no cushions which was extremely surprising. The food was extremely expensive considering the fact that it was pretty bad. We also saw a woman in the kitchen licking her fingers which was disgusting. Absolutely would not recommend!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
If I could give Cruisers Grill zero stars, I would. The owner’s behavior is completely unacceptable—rude, aggressive, and outright abusive toward both customers and staff. I witnessed shocking mistreatment, including yelling at employees and showing a complete lack of professionalism.
The customer service is just as bad. The staff seems miserable, and it’s clear they are operating under terrible conditions. Orders take forever, food is often wrong, and if you dare to complain, expect to be met with hostility instead of any effort to fix the issue.
Sanitation is also a major concern. The place is unclean, and based on the way they treat customers, I wouldn’t trust them to handle food safely. It’s disgusting to think about what might go on behind the scenes.
This place should be shut down. Until then, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Don’t support a place that treats people this way.

We sat outside because we had our little dog with us. To begin with, the tables looked very dirty & nasty. Some of them had bird crap on them even after they wiped them off. I could tell because the table next to us had black poop marks. With my finger and a towel, I scraped it off. Our server came out and immediately asked us what we wanted to drink even before we had a menu we got some water. Very unfriendly didn’t even tell us what his name was. It’s pathetic when you have people like that working for you. Then he brought us a menu and immediately asked us what we wanted to eat. Told him we needed a minute to look over the menu. He never showed back up after about 10 minutes We got up and left. I know the food is very good there from what I have been told, but the service sucks at least what happened to us. Maybe it was because I was wearing a Jaguar hat. Lol.
