This is not the bologna from your childhood. We start with a half beef- half pork blend, add some spices, cure for 2 days, and oven roast. Then we fry it up nice and crispy, add provel cheese, pickles, dijon mustard, crown it with an over easy fried egg and serve it on freshly baked white bread.

This is the best place for a cheeseburger and fries. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere just puts it over the top. Been coming here for well over 20 years. I've since moved away, but make sure I stop in when I come back to town.
