The experience was godawful. In the drive through the women threw the trash out talking to no one . We met her and the window and she handed us crumbled up napkins and the cups were dirty of food on the outside. Very unprofessional.

Came in because my favorite shop was closed big mistake I will never come back. I was charged almost an extra dollar for sprinkles, and there were hardly any on there. I was not warranted of the charge, and I have never in my life been charged for sprinkles certainly that much money. This place is a scam. Just go to get some real ice cream Literally like one minute down the road.

Horrible, Horrible service. The lady should not have been working there. Tried to give me something I didn't order, and then said she didn't understand what I ordered so gave me the wrong thing without questioning me. I know not to expect superior service at a little DQ, but come on...2 small blizzards our bill was OVER $10 and with that terrible service! Will not be back to this one.

I got a peanut buster parfait for the first time in years (the last few times they would not put enough chocolate & peanuts). I was pleasantly surprised when they handed this well balanced ratio of ice cream to toppings:)PBPs are back

I'm not sure how DQ corporate doesn't step in to correct the issues at this location. We ordered 6 desserts and 3 of them came back wrong. One picture below is a Mint Oreo Blizzard, made poorly and the other is one of the "corrected" desserts (they dumped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top because they failed to put them in the Blizzard in the first place). They locked the door behind us at 8PM (hours said they were open until 10PM) and were just not interested in serving customers. Not worth ordering from here.

Women working at the counter was very rude. Never greeted us and looked annoyed that we were even inside. Then proceeded to ring everything up on the register, touch her face, touch her clothes and then grab my cone without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I asked her to put on gloves or wash her hands because her hands were visibly dirty and she got an attitude and told me that she washes her hands all the time. Obviously not. She did wash her hands and (still not wearing gloves) made our cones which she made very undersized. Bad service over all, dirty and left feeling very ripped off. Worst of all, she was training someone. Poor kid was the only one that seemed apologetic in the situation. Will not be going back to this location.

I placed an order for $30 and was asked to pull up past the window. 12 minutes later I was handed a bag with half of the food. Got back in the drive thru behind 3 cars and was told we’re under staffed and there’s nothing I can do about it! Just left with my 4 expensive hot dogs!

Asked rep taking orders if l ordered a number 1 combo meal and a blizzard with no drink if I could get discount on combo, never answered question. Fries were headlamp warm. Burger was good and blizzard was good. No enthusiasm in help.

I don't know why... every time I go here they mess up. They seem to have common sense issues. Clearly the person in charge of hiring does too. Not trying to sound mean... but sometimes I go there to see if there is either a weird interaction or another mistake. I order the exact same thing each time and same results... either weird interaction or some really strange interaction happens. They actually told me last time that the 2 for 5 small sundaes... that if I don't ask for the discount or refer to it as a "snack pack" thar they won't give the discount and charge me full price. That is crazy to me that they openly rip off their customers. I find it hard to believe that a national franchise doesn't gave a pos program that recognizes packages and automatically give the discount. They see you are in the car alone and give you a 2 sundaes and a blizzard without lids. Then I have to ask for a bag... every time. Like I have 100 hands? Then the day I asked for a bag up front... they put the 2 sundaes in the bag and then stopped to see if I wanted the blizzard in the bag too? Isn't that strange? But even more so... they didn't have lids on them.Something weird like this happens every single time. It's getting to a point that it is funny and I go through there for entertainment. I'm literally serious. I've been there 6 times and every single time something happens that is odd. They hand me a cone 1st, taking away the ability for me to grab anything else. Then when they don't give a bag there is no lids. So what am I supposed to do?I'm from Ohio. Been here for 2 months. I've never seen interactions like this before. If you are in a drive thru... clearly I can't carry everything by myself and drive at same time. Who hires these people? Different employee every single time. It's just strange.I challenge anyone to go there and ask for 2 small sundaes, 1 small blizzard, and a cone. Do it without telling them ahead of time they are being mystery shopped. It's is so strange. I haven't been there in a week or so but am thinking about going down there to see what happens.I guess it's not taking away your business as I am so intrigued with this weirdo phenomenon that I keep going back.

Stood at the counter while a blonde employee stood in the aisle to the back kitchen and another employee in the dining room ignored me for a good 15 minutes...she stared at me multiple times but no help. Finally she spoke "what do you want" rudely. "I'd like to be helped and place my order!" I said. She seemed irritated that I actually came in and wanted food ? WHEN i finally got my food, it was tossed on the counter at me and she just walked to the back...food was COLD (burger meal), the dining room was disgusting and the employees acted like I busted into their home demanding food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!
