Place is awful. Has gone (further) downhill since opening. Food is marginal, kids working there have no clue (some outright rude), and one of the most poorly managed places I've ever been to.

Awesome burger for a fast food option.
I did want to add some notes as the service was great and the food was fantastic. However, if people are getting food for takeout, the burgers come in a very thin translucent paper wrap that allows the grease to seep through. Maybe a different product wrapping that doesn’t allow grease transfer would be ideal. This Made the experience a little messier than one might have wanted. Also the straws for the drinks break immediately when you try and open them.
10 out of 10 on the food! Very tasty.

I had read an article about this place a few months ago and it made me want to eat here. Beautiful building. I believe there was a car wash on this property previously but this restaurant will give you the 50's feel. There is no inside seating but the outside tables had share and there was a great breeze today. A few of the menu items do have comical names so watch your teen/preteen boys because we are going to laugh.
Reina was our server. She was very friendly and was able to answer several questions before we made our decisions. I ordered the "Original Big Dick"(double patties) andy wife ordered the "Junior Dick"( single patty). We shared a large fry which was plenty. We did get a side of Dick's sauce on the side. The description I got may or may not be right. Consider it as ketchup mixed with pickle juice. Either way, it was very good. I would definitely eat here again. Friendly staff, quick and accurate service, and excellent food. What more could we ask for? We will add a few photos as well when able

Underrated. Likely best burger in the area. I suggest no sauce. Quality beef, not greasy. Really good pickles and lettuce (crispy). The bun is very good. Very impressed. I would rate it as good or better than 5 guys, much better tasting than Cruiser's (not as salty) and a good burger like this doesn't need the sauce. The sauce is basically mayo and ketchup. The sweet potato tots- eh. Oily and not very crispy, but not terrible. Their regular fries are probably fire, will try next time.

Small burger and fries $10.14. Just expected something more. Confusion by me and next customer on food pickup. Wind blew my fries away so I just ate burger and left.
Dick Mondell’s takes you back to the 50’s drive-in and the 80’s drive-thru American burger experience. If you love a bit of nostalgia, like to enjoy a decent, delicious, no-fuss burger, Dicks’ is the place.
Their minced chicken burger patty (antibiotic-free) is flavored with a hint of rosemary, nestled inside buttered potato buns, piled high with slaw & pickles. Go for the free jalapeño pickle if you prefer some heat. The fries are fried in fresh oil and remain crisp.
The veggie burger is delicious and is not an afterthought. Some real love and veggies have gone into its building.
A simple yet thoughtful menu.
Stays open on Labor Day.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is very good. Veggie salad can be enjoyed with additional choice of protein. Fries and tater tots.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan & veggie-friendly

Three Original burgers, fries, sweet potato tots. All fresh to order and come tailored to your liking. We happen to like “everything on it”…Friendly employees, spotless facility inside and out. Nice outdoor seating since we just walked off the beach, this was ideal. Can’t think of anything they could improve, they are nailing it end to end.
They do NOT ask for a tip, there is a tip jar by the window, where do you expect it to be, the bathroom? Tip the employees, if you can’t afford to tip, eat at home.
