We had to repeat at least 6 × 2 the cashier.What we wanted a hamburger mustard and picked along the way.I know we repeated at least 5 times drinks.The hamburger was delicious when it finally got out there.I don't care for this seasoning on the french fries

Not consistent the food definitely taste better earlier in the day before 4pm every time I try it in the evening they give me a gross messy excuse for a burger with soggy uncooked fries. Why cant you guys train your cooks and staff on how to make a simple burger in a repeatable way. Theres no excuse for this and as a restaurant owner I can tell you the folks who own Dicks might just be some as well bc they obviously dont care

Great burgers, maybe one of the worst milkshakes I have ever had it was warm and super foamy and weird tasting.
I didn't even want to write this because I don't want it to get flooded with people. That's how good this is. It's been a really long time since I've had an amazing burger and fries, I'm now a customer for life.

We pulled into the drive-thru around 7pm, hoping for burgers and milkshakes after a day at the beach. But when we got to the speaker, we were told they had already stopped making milkshakes for the day. That was the main reason we came, so we ended up leaving without ordering anything. Definitely a letdown, especially at a beach spot. Just something to be aware of.

I tried the “Dick junior” without lettuce and added cheese, and the sweet potato tots. Both were meh at best. The burger was ok, came out hot but lacked flavor. I used all the extra Dick’s sauce on the burger. Bun was also too big and dry. The tots were hot but some were soggy and some were crispy, also kind of bland. For 2 junior burgers with cheese plus tots I paid $24, not a good deal for the taste. No combos either so full price each item. Not returning.
