Stopped by because we heard good things, and And the menu pictures look great. They do have a lot of specialties. But I'm a pizza snob coming from New Haven county and I want really tasty pizza. This was not the place. The crust is thin, and the toppings go all the way to the edge, and the toppings are flavorful, so they have that going for them, but that's it. The crust looks and tastes pre-made and frozen. Had to add parmesan to get flavor on the pizza. The sauce was generic and didn't add to the pizza at all. For atmosphere, there isn't any. The place is empty and more of a takeout joint. The ventilation system is poor and if you eat in, be prepared to be overwhelmed by fumes from the nail salon next door. I tried it, but I won't go back.

Pizza is horrible cheese tastes cheap weird after taste ate one piece threw pizza away. Thank God I can use it as a work expense. Guy in the back acts as if he's pissed to be at work but last was nice.

Great food, great people and clean environment. There was this blonde girl there that was the sweetest and nicest she was efficient, clean ,quick, nice. She was young but a great worker I got the double bacon pepperoni which is great I love how they cut it! Over all I will definitely be coming here

Best pizza in jax. There is no better, the sauce is a perfect tangy delicious flavor, the pepperonis are crispy and well spiced, the crust thin and satisfying qith the crunch, it's just percect!

Hate to even leave 1 start and hate to leave this review. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service from Jess (I believe is the name because she so hurriedly wanted to end the call) called this location to check the status of my delivery. Her response “it has left give it a few minutes” Mind you already 30 mins past the delivery time given at time of placing the order. I asked for a refund she was all too kind and anxious to refund. No apology no kiss my butt nothing. Just hung up. Oh and has no way to contact delivery person.

Horrible! I ordered Uber eats. Delivery driver was awesome, no problem there. However, I custom ordered a small pizza with NO Balsamic vinegar, add minced garlic. I got the balsamic drizzled all over my pizza, which tastes like sweet BBQ sauce, and no garlic which I paid extra for. This is my second time I've ordered from there and been disappointed,; wanted to give them another chance. Called them and you CANNOT get anyone on the phone! I will never order from this place again. Goes to voicemail when you want your order corrected. Absolute horrible chain pizza place that doesn't even honor what you order!!! Extremely disappointed

Donatos, donatos, donatos do not know how to make a tasty pizza. The end result "looks" great, but BOTH of the last two times we have ordered from this location. The pizza has had zero taste and this time far too much sauce, the cheese just came off in chunks. It's so distasteful that I don't want to eat the leftovers the next day, and I'm a huge fan of leftovers. I'm an even bigger fan of pizza. This pizza makes me sad. Please do better. I don't see us ordering from here for a very long time regardless of having a coupon or not.Side note: We have tried both the thin and the hand tossed.*edit to rating after seeing reply from owner, I may not be willing to try their pizza again for a while, but perhaps I had the wrong expectations for the flavor.

I eat a lot of pizza. I like to think I’m good at it and I was kind of impressed with this place. And their pizzas are really unique and taste very good. I got one of their meat specials. And would definitely recommend it for somebody to try as their first pizza.

We actually had a free coupon and got a cheese pizza to go. It was very hot and tasty but so thin that it was just okay. Now I love thin crust but it tasted like a homemade pizza dusted in corn meal. I will try again another time and hopefully it will be better.

Ordered a pizza with a buy one get one for the cheese bread and a 2 liter. I got the pizza and half of the buy one get one. So I bought 1 and got 1 total. Pizza was decent and bred was undercooked. Not overly impressed with the store or the guys that delivered it.

My visit to this Donatos was a disaster. Four hours before closing, the staff was uninterested, stacking chairs and creating a lackluster atmosphere. The cashier's use of headphones during service added an unprofessional touch.My order, which explicitly included sour cream and ranch, arrived incomplete, and I was told to buy them separately, a frustrating surprise. The restroom was equally disappointing, lacking a paper towel dispenser and opting for napkins scattered on a baby changing station.Overall, a dismal experience marked by neglect, indifference, and hygiene issues. Won't be returning.
