This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been too, and I've been to many. The sign by the road has been done for over a year. A couple months ago, I ordered on the app and went to pick up a basic donut order, and they didn't have any donuts and couldn't refund me, directing me to the app? How can a donut place not have donuts? Even when they do, frosting is minimal and service is slow.

Order was not prepared or ready per order. I has to remind the worker of the order and then it was still incorrect. I took it anyway. The person seem to be aggravated with me because she made a face at me. It makes me not want to go back. The workers seem to be overwhelmed.

My drink was made very well! Timeliness was great! In & out - my favorite. The restaurant could’ve definetly used a nice deep clean and surfaces scrubbed but that wasn’t stopping me from getting my Dunkin!
