Best crab cakes ever! Cute little place off Penman, most likely has a very loyal clientele, because it was packed on a Tuesday night. Good wine selection, great service. Took off 1star because the dining area got a bit smoky towards the end of our meal.

Dwight's is the perfect cozy date night spot for authentic Italian food and a great ambiance. The service was excellent and Dwight was very friendly. Bar seating is great if you want to watch the chefs in action and see all of the food as it comes out.

We love Dwight's! It is the best food at the beaches. We have never had a bad meal there in the many years we have been dining there. Dwight makes the best crab cakes South of Maryland bar none!!
6 of us dined here for the first time for a friends birthday. We were immediately seated in a quaint seat on the back and was greeted with enthusiasm from our amazing waiter. We enjoyed many glasses of perfect recommended wine and had the ahi tuna and tomato mozzarella appetizers, both delicious. The entree highlights were the sea bass and the pork chop Milanese! Crab cakes and pasta see also a big hit. We shared 3 desserts which was the chocolate mousse, lemoncello cheesecake and the tiramisu. The agreement was that the tiramisu was the best. Overall a great place to come for a special, non rushed evening out. Expect to pay $$$$ but know you are getting quality service and a fresh and delicious meal.

You'd never find this place by mistake but Dwight has been delighting the food scene in Jacksonville Beach for 20+ years. The service staff is ultra professional, helpful, fun and attentive. Dwight is always in the kitchen serving up some of his signature entrees - the crab cakes are renowned and amazing and even people from Maryland rave about them. The seared tuna appetizer is fantastic... and the specials are usually worth the try. It won't be the cheapest dinner out you'll have this year but it is worth it!

Went there for the first time for our 30th anniversary on a recommendation from a friend. Food and service was exceptional. I love "mom and pop" restaurants, and it didn't disappoint. Driving by, you wouldn't notice it. Friendly staff from the time we entered, and Dwight himself, from the kitchen, made sure to say something to us as we left. Service was on point, and the food, though a bit pricey, was great and worth it. Crab cakes were unbelievable!
